This bank is terrible! They closed my account because they were not going to use my address of which they have been using for 10 months! I don't have a mailbox in front of my house because USP does not deliver here in the desert. Wells Fargo has my PO Box and told me after they closed my account they would not use that address! I'm on SSD with direct deposit. Now I have no idea where my money is! This large corporation is horrible and they don't care about the little people. I can't get my medicine and they don't care! I will never use a corporate bank again.

The atm was out of $20 so it really messed me up with what I needed to pull out.

Corrupt, dishonest, and criminal actions can be the norm. They have been taken to court more than 25 times and always lost.Even Warren Buffet won't use this bank because of their FRAUD

I have banked at Wells Fargo for over 30 years including mortgages, Line of Credit, Signature Credit Card, and checking account. Like any banking relationship that has been that long, there has been ups and downs but the ups have far outnumbered the downs. I like the fact that they give a 24hr grace period when overdrawn and they helped me through some bad times. I know they have been in the news for some of their past practices but I have been happy with how they treated me. The Kingman branch has never given me any issues and have been fast and courteous.

Wells Fargo rocks! Seriously. I have banked with Wells Fargo for YEARS. (I opened my account at the Headquarters on Montgomery Street in San Francisco and have been to numerous locations. Always excellent service).Just now I realized I had no cash, so I was going to use the ATM at this location, but for a moment I couldn't remember my password, so I went to a teller. Her name is Tessa, and like so many other Wells Fargo employees I have encountered over the years, she is amazing! I got the cash I needed. I also got a tip about the newer ATMs that I didn't know. I also saw another example of great customer serviceI don't have a lot of money. I don't go into the bank very often. It is comforting though to know that Wells Fargo is taking good care of me!

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen . I will be closing all accounts . I never seen a bank where the manager wears jeans and a tee shirt but the bank reflects as much.

This is probably the worst bank in the world. Totally understand; always have to wait long times for a banker. They will debit your account service charges for just about anything they can. And you spend hours on the phone trying to get everything undone terrible customer service; still not working. Basically you have no control over your money they do but not you. I've been banking all my life and I have never had such a frustrating experience with a bank. Now on payday I just go to the bank and take it all out of the bank because I can't trust them with my money. Avoid at all costs!

I have a different bank now and I can say by far that they are better compared to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo would have processing times up to a week or longer for transactions and with my bank now they're very fast at processing and posting. It's funny that Wells Fargo always said it was the merchants fault but it really was THEIR fault all along!

Excellent customer service, way better than others. I'm a truck driver who needed a temporary card asap, as I would not be home until the end of the month. They were very helpful and quick. I am very appreciative of the good service here.

I wish I could give this bank a zero. Do not open a merchant account with Wells. They will sell you a overpriced Clover system then lie to you throughout the whole process, increase your fees routinely then when you try to sell the $1400 system they will tell you it' is not transferable. Not a trustworthy bank at all.

This bank is NOT small business friendly, NOT woman owned business friendly, quite honestly they are not consumer friendly, save your money and go to a good community bank. My partner and I went into the Wells Fargo on Stockton Hill Rd to deposit a large check that ironically was written out of another Wells Fargo Account. We attempted to deposit this check via the drive up window, we were instructed to bring in the corporate papers indicating ownership of the company that the check was written for. We went home gathered the correct documents, including AZ corporate papers, Tax EIN document, and documentation to verify our identity. Leah our "Banker" indicated there was no interest in assisting us with this deposit, and indicated she had no desire to open a new account" to accept these funds, Leah was rude, condescending, and quite honestly a fair representation of Wells Fargo lack of interest in small businesses and consumers in general. Avoid Wells Fargo, and Leah as your "banker"
