This Walmart Delayed my order by 2hrs due to "Tecnical Difficulties " and they texted me 10 mins ago and my order is still not here. Also the sign in front of my car said if waiting for a hour call and I called 3 times no answer.

Horrible place. We were checking out at self checkout and the worker Josefina was standing on top of us while we were scanning our items and bagging. From the moment we walked up to the register. We were doing two transactions and she stopped the transaction from her device and said we asked for her when we didn't. She told us we needed to scan items we had in our cart and we told her we were doing two transactions she said scan them anyway. She stood so close to us watching every move we made and refused to help others. If she did have to help someone else she watched us the entire time she was at another register. We were just doing a normal weekly grocery trip. Other people had just as much items but she was ignoring them when they asked for help. I asked her if she wanted to do it for us since she was standing literally behind us the whole time. We had a business transaction and our personal transaction but apparently you aren't allowed to do more than one at Walmart. I tried to talk to her and she walked away when we finished the transaction. She didn't do anything fantastic by standing right behind us and insinuating we were trying to steal. Bad customer service.

I wasn't able to go inside. So I'm no help there. But if you are in a big truck. Exit I-40 at Stockton Hill Road. Go northpass Walmart , turn right on Airway Ave. There is a tragic light that just passed the Wells Fargo bank. Turn right . Now you are facing the walmart from the north side. Take the first left turn you can. Take that to the far opposite corner of the building. There is a truck turnaround there. Now you can find a spot to park and shop at Wal-Mart. Safe travels, driver

Horrible experience today! I went in to purchase 5 items. Since walmart now expects the customers to scan their own items I got in line behind an elderly woman. She was having trouble so the walmart employee, who I will address as tyrant from here on out, came up to berate & belittle her. The tyrant told her , "it's card only, it said card only before you started checking out!" The poor woman ducked her head and went to find a register that accepted cash. I proceeded to scan my items, the tyrant came over and told me, loud enough so everyone could hear, that one of my items had not scanned. I quickly grabbed the item and rescanned it. She then felt the need to hang around and "coach" me like I am 2 year old on the largest item I had. She scolded me and condescendingly told me, " don'tever scan that barcode, it's on the side!" She then proceeded to "ask" (accuse me of stealing) if I had scanned the book that was next to my purse in the basket. (It was given to me & didn't even come from walmart!) Employee op#009044 needs to be taught customer service or maybe she should be stocking shelves. I spoke with several other people that had simular experiences on the way out, including the sweet employee at the door. Walmart, do better! If you insist on us scanning & bagging our purchases at least make sure you don't employee tyrants that obviously hate their jobs and have zero people skills. I hate the way walmart has changed! I will NOT be back.

Management isn't helpful and even rude. My mom and I had over $300 worth of clothes, toys, etc we were purchasing for my son's birthday. My mom and I went through the self checkout since we would be making two separate transactions, while we were scanning our items we had two employees over our shoulder implying that they assumed we were stealing. My mother is a 55 yr old woman in a wheelchair and was extremely offended by such accusations. My mother asked to speak to management and when the manager came to speak with us she was beyond rude and was also implying that we were stealing after we scanned our last item the manager stepped over my shoulder suspended our transaction, grabbed the transaction receipt and told us that she would have to take us to a register to pay. I even reached in my wallet pulled out my money and showed her that I had plenty of money to cover the $300 transaction. After being in the store shopping for over an hour my one year old became fussy and was on the verge of throwing a fit. The manager proceeded to scan the receipt to pull up the transaction and then told us that she would need to go through our bagged items to make sure all items were scanned. At this point I stepped in and told the manager that she has beyond embarrassed us and that we don't want anything. She then laughed and said that it was "policy" to my knowledge the "policy" doesn't consist of embarrassing customer, and making a complete scene in front of what felt like the entire store......

I accidentally forgot to pay for something, they weren't very happy about that. Made a big deal about it. Tried to say I didn't pay for a bunch of stuff. But I did back in the sports department. So they let me go with a warning.

This store never has stocked shelves and the employees that do the online shopping are constantly in your way in every aisle and never say excuse me. (Then again neither does half of this town.) The parking is dumb all outside aisles have both up and down the aisle parking but then there's 1 or 2 aisles with just 1 way. Verry annoying!

I love Walmart equate products because the majority of the time they are better than the name brand products in which they sell an example of that would be their plastic containers of ice cream once you eat ice cream out of a plastic container you will never want to eat ice cream out of the cardboard container again, and their peanut butter cookies are better than any cookie I have ever tasted in my life and they always put them on the top shelf because I think they know how many I eat and packages I buy so I cannot reach the shelf LOL hahaha

If I could give a zero star I would I refuse to shop at the store anymore until corporate comes in and cleans house I do not appreciate buying spoiled milk and having associates cussing in front of my special needs child let alone getting hung up on when I when I call in to ask what the problem is with their associates and why the store smells of weed constantly

Went to the deli to try to get some fried chicken n was told I couldn't get any because they only cook it every 4 hours. Like what kind of bull shit is that? I work for Safeway and if u ask for fresh fried chicken they say absolutely 15 mins not no we only cook it every 4 hours. This is bad customer service, how can u get any sells if u do it this way I'm not even giving it one star I want to say negative 5 stars. I will never buy anything from this deli ever again.
