Walgreens offers a range of services including prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The store provides convenient pharmacy hours throughout the week, with extended hours on weekdays and weekends. Customers appreciate the drive-up service, finding it quick and efficient for pickups, especially when in a hurry. One staff member, noted for being polite and professional, received high praise for helping during a family emergency. However, some customers face challenges with the pharmacy automation system, experiencing delays and medication not being ready despite multiple trips, leading to frustration. Additionally, there are occasional issues with product availability and communication, such as miscommunications during phone calls about stock. The store also offers COVID testing, with positive feedback on quick results, although there was an instance where a test swab was misplaced, requiring a return visit. Despite some logistical issues, Walgreens is generally seen as a helpful place for prescriptions, health needs, and basic shopping. The friendly staff and convenient services make it a go-to location for many customers, even when facing occasional delays or product shortages.
I don't trust the automated messages about prescriptions, but that seem to be true everywhere. Good, well stocked store with staff that know the stock. It's also a place you can have deliveries from FedEx routed and foil the porch pirates, so I love that.

Automation Bad!! My medications are always late. I've driven 136 miles 3 times . Being told to pickup my medications. Each time Not ready and told to return in a day or two. Now I've been waiting 10 days for night medicine. I hope this next 136 miles they are?¿??
