Absolutely the best experience I have had at a phone store. The staff were professional and very courteous, very knowledgeable about the product. Got me into a new iPhone without any problem.

Nikki is the greatest. She has ALWAYS been an excellent resource and is customer focused. She is ALWAYS so helpful and patient and is one reason why we continue to stay with Verizon. How I wish all business interactions could be with a person like Nikki!
