Manager was talking and sharing personal information with a customer she must have known while 2 people were waiting to be helped. The lady I talked with had a bad attitude and quoted me $511 to ship a clock to the state of Washington. Something is wrong with that. Guess you don’t need my business.

I showed up with what was supposed to be a free amazon return waited 15 min in line which I don't mind to then be told the label apparently had to be printed. They then informed me that it would be $3.25 per label to print it. A 500 sheet ream of paper from Walmart is $7. So for my 2 sheets of paper they wanted to charge me almost as much to buy a whole new ream. I would have no problem paying a reasonable fee but this was just asinine. I was then told that if I didn't like it to go home and print it and come all the way back which is a 45 min round trip. Since this place has the monopoly on the town I have no choice but to do business with them. But if I did, I wouldn't go back.

I've never had a bad experience here with the staff, but this location is chronicly understaffed and crowded. Their Amazon return self service counter is broken right now and that just made it worse. Saturdays the line will be wrapped around the room and starting to go out the door. I get it, labor is expensive and balancing is a challenge, but just two people at the counter during the holidays and with your equipment down?

I have gone to the Kingman UPS store for the last 5 months when I needed to ship. They have consistently had lines and only 1 person at the counter. When they have actually had 2 people at the counter, they also have both been consistently unfriendly, unhelpful and snarky. They act as if it is a huge inconvenience to answer any questions. I was in the UPS Store today to send a package or 2. I asked about cost for shipping a package I still needed to send. The young lady asked for the zip code. I did not have it but I gave her the name of the state and town. She threw her hands up and said "Sorry I can't help you without a zip code. I thanked her and left. Any other store would have used their cell phone and looked it up. Not Kingman UPS. I called today for a shipping quote. The young lady was again very bothered in her attitude and said, I quote "that would require me to be at a register" and then dead silence. I asked if she would do that, she replied, I quote, "I have a line of customers" ,which tells me she is already at a register. Then she snapped back at me, "you will have to wait on hold." I said that was fine. She came back on the line within seconds. Must have been a really short line! She asked for the zip code and weight and I also gave her dimensions. She really was snarky and told me the approximate cost. The only reason I go to this UPS store is that the USPS is even worse with the lovely ladies that wait on you with their bent attitudes. I have never encountered a UPS store run so poorly or so rudely and unhelpful. I lived in Keizer Oregon, that UPS store was fantastic!!! Friendly, helpful, never had a question they would not find the answer to. Same thing with the Casper, Wyoming UPS Store, they were run well, friendly, and most helpful. Why is Kingman UPS store allowed to be run so poorly?

I'm glad you all made it easier to do Amazon returns and every time I go in there the associates I talk to are extremely nice and now with the new Amazon return process it's really quick and easy.

Regardless of what size or weight of your package it is atomically set to 1lbs and above. Basically if it’s 3oz they will charge for 1lb. If I did that with my business I would never make a sale.

This small UPS store is convenient for many things. They offer mailbox services during store hours. We came to return some cable equipment. There were two ladies working the counter, so even though there was a line when we entered, we were quickly attended to. They make returning equipment easy and simple. I didn't even have to have a box. Just my account numbers and the boxes. They package and return the items and no charge. It took 5 minutes.

Some cashier's charge to print Amazon return labels while others do not. This is very frustrating when they are able to scan the barcode on your phone and then just print it out free of charge vs when they make me email the label to them, send me back in line, then charge me for it!! On the receipt the charge says for email , so why would I have to email it in the first place!!! Like super upset when this has happened to me twice now.. Last week I went the cashier scanned and sent me on my way so what the actual heck guys??

Our local UPS store where we have always had good service. It’s normally busy so expect to wait. Today Brooklyn took care of us and was exceptional. Downloaded an email, printed, notarized and faxed all in one location. Thank you

Always friendly service, but you'll usually stand in line waiting though while a couple girls stand around and one takes care of everyone

Every single girl at this store is AMAZING - helpful, friendly, quick. Even when the store is filled with customers, the girls are hopping to take care of everyone as quickly as possible.

Possibly the worst ups store! The workers are RUDE and incompetent. Amazon for some unknown reason delivered my package there. I went to pick it up and the woman says they don't accept packages from Amazon for non customers. They wouldn't even look it up. I had tracking saying it was there, Amazon said it was there. They were so rude and dismissive, I don't know how they stay in business. I literately drive to a further location to avoid this dump!

In March of 2021 paid store to package and send a hand painted Indian vase to Dallas Tx - they obviously did not package correctly as my vase showed up a week later broken in pieces- - I took out the insurance as well and the store and corporate has yanked me around for over a year on paying the claim-
