The 3 women that work there seems rude. Nobody speaks or greet when I walked in this so called place of business. Even when there not busy, there not friendly. I've walked in this place about 3 times and got ignored. Taking my business elsewhere.

Rented a van about 6:40pm Monday night, got into the van and noticed that the paperwork said it has 6,540 mi on it and the odometer said 10,890. I went back inside to inform them that there was something wrong but they just wrote it on the paper of my receipt with a pin what the milage was. The next morning They told me I had the wrong van and to have me unload it and bring it in right away. Let's see if they make things right and comp me for this inconvenience before I give a rating

Love Jennifer the supervisor at the main U-Haul facility on Stockton RD. But BEWARE of the huge tall woman in the gas station at the Harrison facility. She is a bully and has no say over the U-Haul facility. She was unnecessary mean to me. Screaming at me to move my RV. Later I found out she did not lease the section on the right of the entrance. That’s U-Haul s property. Don’t let her bully you! I’m a short 74 year old woman and she had me shaking. Totally uncalled for! I’ll never again buy anything from that gas station for sure.

Was super easy to reserve a storage unit on Uhaul's website!! Reserved it, paid for the first month's rental fee and BAM!!...... within one minute of finishing the transaction, Uhaul texted and emailed me my storage unit number, instructions for access and the gate code. Once I got to my storage unit, it was very clean and a brand new unopened lock was waiting inside my unit. I didnt have to deal with anyone!! Super easy, super quick, would highly recommend going the route I did to rent a storage unit!!
