“Need a small trailer for vacation. The online experience was not great but when we walked in to pick it up we were greeted kindly. The lady behind the desk was in a great mood and showed it by smiling and laughing. She got us out set up, hooked up, and on our way. We had the same pleasant experience when we returned the trailer.I don't expect to need a uhaul again but if I do I won't hesitate to go here again.”

“Love Jennifer the supervisor at the main U-Haul facility on Stockton RD. But BEWARE of the huge tall woman in the gas station at the Harrison facility. She is a bully and has no say over the U-Haul facility. She was unnecessary mean to me. Screaming at me to move my RV. Later I found out she did not lease the section on the right of the entrance. That’s U-Haul s property. Don’t let her bully you! I’m a short 74 year old woman and she had me shaking. Totally uncalled for! I’ll never again buy anything from that gas station for sure.”

“I had to rent a rental Truck (Ram 2500) through enterprise because my truck had to have some work done Paid for by the insurance company. (The front driver wheel sheared off going down the highway and I had to have the whole thing fixed..) UnFortunately,
The Insurance Company was a royal pain in the butt!! But Enterprise Specifically . Kallie, Caitlin and Archie are Awesome customer service folks. They really know their jobs they are very well spoken thoughtful and very very easy to deal with. They took a situation that Thanks to the insurance company could have been a Royal nightmare and for 30 days made things so much less stressful for me . They went out of their way to make the whole experience pleasant. I can't say enough good things about them or that office.
I'm a disabled vet and I live 65 miles away from that place and My insurance company was nickel and diming me and Archie fixed it so not only did I have the ability to get around until my truck was actually fixed but I didn't stress at all. If I could get these folks a raise I would because Nowadays, most customer service is lacking or non-existent. When you find good customer service, you need to reward it. IF you need to rent a car in Kingman Arizona , I wouldn't go anywhere else but Enterprise !!.”
