During the inspection, the technician also noticed an oil leak that signaled a potential turbo issue. Mike, the owner, took the time to go over the cost, explain the situation in detail, and let me know what to watch for to prevent further engine damage. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave to addressing my concerns.

“Saturday afternoon of a big festival weekend in Kingman, Az. We broke down 31 miles outside the city on the open highway with our big GMC Yukon and our trailer attached. Waited three hours for a tow truck. The sun was hot and the traffic constant and everywhere we called said they couldn't possibly see us until Wednesday or that they we closed. Not HRS, he was there for us! Tom was the best! He was clear, direct and honest. He told us, "have them tow it here and I will do what I can to get you safe and back out on the road as quickly as possible." He was a man of his word. He explained what he thought might be the problem, which it was. This guy works on racing cars, he knows his stuff. He had us fixed and back on the road within 24 hours - just like he said he would. Thomas is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, exacting and reliable. The price was fair and the work was well done. We feel so lucky that HRS was the shop that was open and the one who took our call. Our tow truck driver, when he arrived, asked us where we wanted him to take the car. We told him HRS and we asked him what he thought, he said, "Well, I don't know him personally, but I know he's a great mechanic!" And right he was! The experience of breaking down on the highway out in the desert is not a pleasant nor safe-feeling experience, but Thomas made everything better and feel possible! Thank you, Tom! “I have mentioned on other reviews how much I like NICE PEOPLE. And this group does not disappoint. My car broke down on the 51 and I was able to get off and find them. They were swamped and I did not know, but they usually work in the west valley. The owner of the company came and got me set up, and home,. “I have two experiences with Mikes Power Tow. Both were great. I few months ago, I locked my keys in my truck in Walmart parking lot. They sent a truck out in a very short time and quickly unlocked the door. They only charged $50. I was very grateful. They could have charged a lot more. This morning, my car broke down in town. I called them and they towed my car all the way across town and only charged $65. I was very happy. It would have cost me more to go rent a uhaul trailer and tow it my self and would have been a huge hassle. I highly recommend Mikes Power tow for all your towing needs. “Great people! My truck got a noice that seemed caming from the drive line. Two weeks ago I put my truck to fort worth dealership and they couldnt find any noice came from drive line. But that sound only came with a loaded truck. So my truck started getting that noice today and i wanted to know from where that sound was coming from. I was in Arizona and heading to Dallas. So I went to Kingman freihtliner dealership (Velocity ) to find out where that sound was coming from. Beard guy who worked at the service desk was so good. Without wasting my time, he came outside and found out that sound was coming out from drive line with a loaded trailer . Good job he did and i am soo appreciate for his help. Five Stars all the way!”
