When you overhear the mechanic say “I don’t care , it’s his truck , his problem down the road “ over being asked a simple question and not wanting to double check if it’s the right part or not , is ridiculous. Unprofessional. We as truck drivers come to you for help. I pulled my truck out of the shop, don’t need anyone with that attitude working on my equipment. I will gladly take it to a mom and pop shop who have pride in their job.

Bought all the gas I have used in my van and generator, my largest monthly expenses as a disabled homeless veteran. I have been stranded here with major mechanical issues. I did experience a situation that really ramped up my bipolar depression. I was getting fuel there about a month ago, and was discarding some trash and cut myself on some glass in the trashcan, resulting in an emergency room visit the following morning. The staff offered some first aid supplies, and asked if I wanted to go to the hospital, buy my dog was with me, and nobody to watch him. I have had no further inquiries about the accident, injury, despite reaching out to who was handling it, without response.

So far ive spent $1400 to change a a/c compressor not to mention they charged me $350 to go get part in vegas and at same time used my courier to pick up parts for another customer and charged him the same. After they were done not 2 hours later my fan clutch went out now waiting in motel for parts

Very friendly staff.... Cynthia was the cashier super cool lady.. store is clean... got myself one of those popeyes chicken sandwiches as well. sucks trying to get out of the parking lot, but it isn't their fault
