Ended up staying there over a week, and the staff was all around friendly and welcoming, especially the amazing Connie who worked the front desk graveyard shift. Thank y'all for the hospitality.

Easy access and good room. However, the lady at front desk skipped me when I was waiting for the check-in and no apology. Just can’t believe this with the Marriott brand hotel! Besides, you really need to replace your self-service laundry washer as it is so stinky and looks out of order.

The check in experience left room for improvement... otherwise the service team was friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated, switches and furniture were broken. The shower had so much hard water build up on the glass too. It's right off the freeway which was convenient. In the future I'll be staying in Flagstaff or Laughlin.

No coffee. No blankets. No soap.No paper towels.Layout of the room was the strangest that I've encountered in my 30+ years of traveling. How does this happen at a Marriott property?

Nice quiet hotel in Kingman. The breakfast was excelent- great selection of foods and about 25 toppings to add to your oatmeal. Rooms were clean and very updated. Staff was also very friendly.

We got to the hotel around 8:30 pm after visiting Grand Canyon. We asked the front desk upon check in if we can request for a late check out. The front desk looked at our reservation and he stated that they only give late check out to gold elite and higher. My status is silver elite so I was taken aback because one of the perks for being a silver elite is priority check out. I was baffled and asked again “you don’t give late check out to silver elite members?” And he stated “no, we only give late check out to gold elites or higher”. I’ve been staying at different Marriott hotels for years and this is the first time I have ever been told this. Usually it’s by availability and never by a status. On top of that the room we stayed in was outdated. No alarm clock, no usb port, tv outdated with no streaming services like Netflix and only one side of the bed had an outlet and lamp.

A quite nice hotel. Very clean with very nice staff. Close to everything in town. Small pool but nice enough. Gym is small but nice as well. Very good place to stay if you’re in town.Nearby activities: Close to the Route 66 museum which is a must see in the area.

Bonvoy MemberStayed at plenty of Marriotts. This one is average at best. Cleaning is the biggest area that they are failing. (see pics of pool area)The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, and that area was clean and enjoyable. This looks like a Marriott acquisition that hasn't fully embraced the Marriott standard of quality. The staff was helpful and courteous.HIRE BETTER/MORE CLEANING PEOPLE!!!!

Not so good experience at this Marriot Kingman location. I have stayed at marriot for the last 25 years for business and pleasure but rarely had an experience like this. We checked in late as we were driving for 10+ hrs. The front desk person was very friendly and we checked in . AC of the room was not working and there was no one at the facility to correct it ( it’s AZ in August) . The shower was not working also . While checking out in the morning was icing on the cake . The lady at the front desk did not even ack. that it was a problem and did not have the basic courtesy for the inconvenience . I understand things happen that is beyond your control but how you handle it what matters. She seems to suggest that you were lucky to get a room. BTW breakfast was good and the lady who was managing the guess for breakfast was awesome. .

I am very disappointed I checked in last night my shower didn't work my toilet didn't work so I switch rooms wake up to go eat breakfast I get downstairs 9:05 they say breakfast stopped at 9 a.m. now I wasn't told this last night normally is 10 to 10:30 in a lot of hotels. I asked her if they could make an exception because it wasn't only me, it was a family with kids there as well hungry too and they told us you could eat cereal, now for a hotel room of $260 I believe the Marriott should do better.

We arrived here, kind of late after a long drive. The front desk reception was excellent, we got some free, cold waters, and went to our room for a nice quiet evening. This is exactly what a hotel should be. Friendly reception, attentive to your needs, good breakfast, quiet room, easy, check out. Enough said.
