I've been getting the run around about my oxygen system. 2 months and waiting... If you can find an alternate supplier do it. This company is worthless.

My husband has ALS and has been waiting for this joke of a company to contact him for a wheelchair. They should be ashamed of themselves. The name should be changed to “Declined home care”!!!

Just because you call yourself "Preferred" doesn't make you preferred (by anyone!).
If you can, go elsewhere! We were sent here for durable medical equipment.
The employees at this company are rude, unhelpful and uncaring...and that is when you are fortunate enough to get them to answer their phone calls. We had a hospital bed from them. The bed had multiple dangerous problems, including non-functional brakes, gaps that caused safety issues, lack of full function. Appointments for delivery (and repair) were not honored (with arrival times many hours beyond what was arranged). When we asked for the bed to be repaired or replaced, we were told that "all of the beds are the same" and that we should buy rubber stoppers or carpet to wedge under the wheels. I spoke to the manager once, who seemed responsive and came out once, but then never followed up (including not replying to 2 other messages left for him). They used HIPAA in order to avoid work (like sending blank forms via email--not a HIPAA violation) or informing us of delivery date.
Their phone system doesn't allow someone to reach a supervisor, and typical wait times were about 15 minutes or more. When physicians are aware of poor reputation of a company, that is very telling. Believe the reviews and find another provider if you possibly can.
Addendum: They made an auto-response to my review. (I'm sure it's an auto-response because no employees would be dedicated to checking reviews.) What a joke! How can I give more feedback when I can't get through to your awful company?! Don't bother pretending you care about improving. Look at all of the reviews...there's your feedback!

We have had nothing but struggles with this company. Each person can't even give us a straight answer on when they may or may not deliver what we've already been told would be delivered on a certain day. It feels very much like they really don't care about the consumer who truly requires these products to stay alive.

UNACCEPTABLE!!! You don’t even deserve 1 star! How do you call yourself a “home health” company?!?! You need to change your name to “NOT PREFERRED HEALTH.” Because if the good people of Kingman had any other options with their insurance, none of us would PREFER you whatsoever! Waiting for 2 1/2 months for life saving oxygen care is UNACCEPTABLE! And then CONSTANTLY being told “we’re working on it.” The absolute WORSE service we have ever receive in the medical industry! Your negligence has literally taken months, if not YEARS, off from my mother’s life! DO BETTER!!!

We did contact you numerous of times only to be told each time, “we’re working on it.” It takes you 2 1/2 months to get life saving oxygen to an elderly patient?!?! Again…UNACCEPTABLE! Infuriating how you’ll immediately reply to my review yet you refuse to help my mother!

Employees very pleasant and friendly. My first time being there. The employee who helped me, explained everything so I was able to understand and made sure I was able to use the equipment before I left.

Visited the Kingman, AZ office on 03/06/2024. I was greeted and assisted by friendly staff. My wife's appointment was on time with Respiratory Therapist Lyndie. She was very informative, helpful, and knowledgeable in setting up my services. I shared with her my frustration in the call in order phone system and she reassured me this system is being updated to a better direct call in to the Kingman office that they will be able to give better service to patients. Highly recommend this office and staff worth my drive from Laughlin today.

I just love going into the office the front office woman are so sweet and helpful they remember your name and do everything they can to make your experience as best they can and as easy as they can and if they have an answer they go out of there way to find out. Just love them all for all the help they have given me.

My Dr sent over the referral for my CPAP machine on 01/17/24. I am still waiting for the machine. I called preferred, A young lady told me. "That my order have to be assigned to someone. STILL WAITING!!!!

These people are completely Derelict.They truly are.They are the worst bunch of people who do not stand by their word and what they say they will do. The supply line will not answer their phone or return messages. The people in the Kingman Office are a joke. I say this with sincere honesty.
