Staff was wonderful, rooms had roaches, like mote than usual from a motel 6. Location is not prime location but it is in Kingman , a small desert town so what could you expect.

Quit place to get some rest. Low prices. Great place if you are traveling.

The clerk at front desk was super sweet. Listened to my concerns about safety. I was able to get a room down stairs. I am 75 years old found it difficult climbing stairs. She was outstanding.
