I’ve had some bad
Haircuts in my day. But this was far and away the above the worst. Was supposed to be a 2 fade up with fingertip on top. Idk what the heck she did. Went to another stylist and they said they don’t think it can be fixed. Gonna have to let it grow out. It looks like chunks have been taken out of the back of my hair

I took my 79-year-old mother to get her hair cut. She ended up chopping off a whole foot and loves it. Thank you again to Sarah and her staff.
Stylist: I didn't catch her name but Sarah and her Kingman location I think overseas the staff and amazing. Always a good experience there.

Asked for a short shag. Ended up looking like Marcie from Charlie Brown. It was chopped and uneven. Not layered. Took 5 minutes. When I got home I had to cut off the long strands all over my head that were left. My bangs are shorter on the right side. And she made a sound of disgust because I only tipped $3.

Uneven cut. There's about a 2" difference from my right to my left side. Not worth $25 for a simple cut. 2 sample pictures was shown to her. So now I'm looking at an additional $35 to fix it. It's not a fancy cut, pretty simple layering cut. When I asked her why so much she said oh prices went up. Ok but update the Internet price then, it said it was $18 a cut.
Requested style: I asked for a long bob cut. I also shared a picture of the cut I wanted.

If I could give a 0 star I would. not knowledgeable how to cut curly hair. very shitty job all the way around. this place needs shut down and people need to be retrained
