Unfortunately this Goodwill location has gotten a lot worse. They have removed all dressing rooms so you can’t try on clothing. Managers are rude when you return clothing because you couldn’t try it on before purchasing. They consistently overprice donated items. The employees talk rudely about other customers in the store. Very unprofessional.

Goodwill used to be a good place to shop but now their prices are so ridiculously high. Nobody should have to pay those prices for used items. Going to lose all of your business goodwill.

No dressing rooms and male cashier was so rude ! The CEO gave himself a $12,000,000. A year raise then doubled the prices . I'm not impressed with GW. They barely help the people.

Why does the Kingman store charge 2.00 MORE for a DVD than the store in Bullhead City? It isn't like they pay for their inventory.

Plus size sections are riddled with tiny clothes shoppers hide, and the employees don't go through to put them back. They don't do half off Saturdays anymore. Their discounts only apply on certain days once a week. Their fitting rooms are indefinitely closed. Their prices are sky high. The only good things is everything's sorted by size AND color, and the bathrooms are really clean. Other than that, very disappointed.
