Its open 24 7 my husband works grave yard and gets off at 2 am so it great. That he cam go at 2 30am and then come home n go to bed its clean and great equipment

Cheap and chill. Been coming here for 3 years or so and everyone I've met is cool and I can usually do all the exercises I want because it's not overcrowded. I just wish we had 1 more squat rack.

Signed up online. Went in and Kim was awesome. Great first workout. Everyone was doing their own thing. It was a beautiful thing.
