Opened an account and put 5k in just so I could make change from my store. The employees mean well but I think the issue lies with poor management. By that, I mean that every time I go to make change, there's 5 employees at the bank but only 2 helping people. All the transactions take a long time to process. I liked the employees but collectively, this bank is pathetic. They were charging me "service fees" even though I only deposit money, my debit card wasn't even activated. If you like going to walmart and don't have a life and want to sit there for an hour, then this bank is for you

These Workers here at this Bank is the MOST FRIENDLY PEOPLE.They know you by name and treat you Like FAMILY.If they see anything suspicious they let you know.Keep up the good Work.

We've been banking with them for awhile now but it's about time we switch banks..They give us a hard time when we change denomination of bills or when we cash a check or make a withdrawal and we say we want large bills they just ignore us ..it's ok because I'm pretty sure another bank would love our business in Kingman .

Not working out. When the bank is closed, there is no Customer service. Almost every time I have a problem, customer service is closed too. When they're open they are great at sarcasm.

ATTENTION: THE CSR's AT THIS BRANCH ARE VERY FRIENDLY. MOST PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE, THAT IF YOU WERE IN THE MILITARY OR ARE ON ACTIVE DUTY, YOUR ACCOUNT CAN BE CHANGED TO MILITARY ACCOUNT WHICH REMOVES A LOT OF THOSE FEES THAT YOU GET.NEXT TIME YOU GO INTO THAT BRANCH, CHECK WITH THEM FOR MILITARY ACTIVE OR VETERAN ACCOUNT, YOU MAY BE SURPRISED!

Jessica S. was amazing! She set up our account and set up my debit card due to me me being unable to hear the prompts on the phone. She gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision on getting an account with them. I really enjoyed working with her.

This is the worst bank I have ever used! I said no over draft. They over drafted me anyway. Then they charge me 67$ for not using my card often enough. The teller was extremely rude. I have nothing positive to say about this company. Horrible in every aspect of banking. Better off keeping my money in a shoe box.

My girlfriend had 67 dollars and a 65 dollar charge went through for a subscription so we should have had 2 dollars left but they did a non sufficient funds for 34 dollars and we have have 33 left and the 65 dollar subscription cant be paid even tho there was already enough.. and we have had a similar issue in the past we are going to cancel her account here. The tellers are nice tho

45 minutes in line to be told the "cash machine" is out so they cannot cash any checks. This bank has been a joke from the beginning. It's the DMV of banks. First Convenience.....should be named NO Convenience Bank.

I went in yesterday, not feeling well. The wonderful people in the bank took really good care of us and got us in and out quickly. And that was opening up a savings account. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. It's the best experience I've ever had in a bank. ?
