Christian The manager is amazing I've had a few struggles with being on time and they work with me and I always help with my late fees they don't charge me crazy a good price for the size unit that I have definitely recommend

The owner was so kind, we only need 10 days to store our stuff before we move in to our new place. He didnt charge us for the whole month. The transaction was smooth and easy. Thank you again !

I was a long time HAPPY customer of Canyon Self Storage...This storage facility is Very Clean. I'm not sure when the new owners took over... But they are absolutely amazing ?!!! I had some major life changing things happen to me & I was stressed out about losing my storage, Well I spoke to the owner & told him the truth about what was going on . What an amazing guy he is... He worked with me the last 6/months till I finally got my own place & could move my stuff out of the storage. Just when I almost lost all hope n faith...here's a man that didn't even know me but trusted my word. There are WONDERFUL people in the world, few n far between , but this guy is one for sure. I thank god everyday for you helping me out "C", Thank you so very much, I appreciate what you did for me !!! Those looking for a storage in Kingman... Go to Canyon Self Storage, located in Kingman ,Az. on Gordon behind Century 21... Genuinely Great service !!!

Absolutely amazing customer service and support. My husband and I recently had something happen and our bills got a bit messed up. Christian was so understand and willing to work with us. So incredibly to find an owner who is so personable and understanding. If you need a good quality storage unit at a great cost I highly recommend Canyon Self Storage!

Under new management and the service is spectacular. I had an issue, spoke directly to the manager in charge, and had my problem solved instantly. He definitely went out of his way to help and I am extremely grateful. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

BE AWARE!!! Management says they cannot process payments everytime you call and that they will call back, but not to worry everything is okay. NEVER CALL back, even offered a different payment and they never call back -instead they auction stuff off! Then you have to call the call center to get a phone call back. When you get a phone call back finally- they say were sorry and use the excuse the person moved and change phone numbers instead of being responsible and calling back the 2 phone numbers given!!!
