“I have banked at Wells Fargo for over 30 years including mortgages, Line of Credit, Signature Credit Card, and checking account. Like any banking relationship that has been that long, there has been ups and downs but the ups have far outnumbered the downs. I like the fact that they give a 24hr grace period when overdrawn and they helped me through some bad times. I know they have been in the news for some of their past practices but I have been happy with how they treated me. The Kingman branch has never given me any issues and have been fast and courteous.”

“This is a great bank. I was able to open an account during the most unsettling days of the CV-19 virus in 2020. I had to make an on line appointment, but the manager made herself available and gave me any assistance I needed to open the account. From the security guard to the tellers, this bank employs some of the most courteous people in America. Everyone is willing to help you and go the extra mile if you have a question or concern. In busy times, you may have to stand in line for a few extra minutes, but that is becoming the case with most business today. I've also used the 800 # when I was doing some on line checking of my accounts and saw a suspicious charge on my account. I saw this at like 2 am one day, but real people do answer the phone. I stated my concern, the rep told me have to wait until 7 am weekday, when all the posting is updated. I followed up and it had been removed from my statement. Thank you”
