“Was recently to the Lake Havasu location where I saw a customer get very poorly treated over an item that was supposed to be on clearance that they falsely claimed and then did not lower the price and I saw a manager holler at a customer I then visited the Kingman location where people care and are extremely honorable and nice and try to do the best they possibly can which means going the long mile for the customer because that's what they're there to do five stars all day long to the people who are not only professional but where their heart on their sleeve and treat everyone like family”

“I do not usually write reviews but the service was so spectacular, I had to acknowledge. I bought a propane refrigerator/ freezer 7-8 year's ago from Ben's. This summer, the freezer worked but the refrigerator was not cooling. I called Ben's on a weekend for any suggestions and Ben responded by phone, gave me several trouble shooting tips and emailed a PDF that provided photos and step-by-step instructions on to fix the problem...crisis averted on my family vacation! That is customer support...years after sale!”
