This is the worst customer service I have ever seen...... Period!!! My friend won $20 on a scratcher ticket. , he went back inside to get the $20 and the lady gave him back $14 . We took the change back in and tried to say she must have made a mistake and could she please look at the ticket, she proceeded to say I was being rude , then she started yelling and acting really crazy . The manager showed up and gave me the correct amount and instead of apologizing was also rude. Someone from AMPM , like the owner needs to straight check these people .I would watch the tape if possible. RIDICULOUS!!!!

This is not an ampm it's just Arco. Ampm coffee and hot chocolate machines are way better. Keep driving until you reach an ampm

I came to this gas station Tuesday 5/20/21 around 9:30pm simply for a cup of coffee. The cashier who was a young white male was acting belligerent and hostile towards anyone who came into the store interrupting his smoke break. When my boyfriend and I were the last customers in the store waiting for the coffee machine to poor our coffee the man (cashier) point blank let yelled at us from across the store to “F*CK OFF”. I was so appalled by this mans behavior as he continued to spit profanity and mumble angrily to himself. I really can’t believe this man is still working there as I read some of the other reviews!! There are plenty of other gas stations in Kingman please do not come here. Take your business somewhere else where you’ll be treated with respect.

The clerk inside was rude and inconsiderate and when I gave him the money to pay for my gas and yanked it out of my hand. If I have the owners phone number I would’ve called and complained. And he looked very dirty.

Misleading prices. They say 2.82 per gallon the. Add on .35 cents to the transaction for using a debit card. This increases the cost per gallon. It should be illegal for them to advertise one price then charge a fee with the only payment method available at the pump.

Who rates gas stations? I do! Can I get a Chris to help me in every store I visit? I'm from California...the land where customer service went to die. So having someone look me in my eyes as they check me out as well as greeting me warmly is something I miss. To the folks who own this store...make the guy a manager.

When purchasing gas they only accept debit cards and then add .35 to the purchase for the transaction.
