UPS text me to reschedule pkg delivery with shipment number. They have item on Hold. I paid to reschedule delivery today, i have been waiting since noon. Website is no help or automated phone service and customer service. Since they notified me this would be last attempt but no UPS truck in my area so they probably send back. Phone number at Holbrook UPS ofc is of no help! The email sent didn't have NO UPS track # so it's Very aggravating! Shipment number they provided is of no use.

Customer center permently closed. Drop box still serviced daily as indicated by sign.

We've had the same delivery driver for years now and couldn't ask for a better one. Theresa is a wonderful person and driver. We always choose UPS for deliveries given the option. They have gone out of their way to provide excellent service and never once hassled us about delivering packages to our remote home like the 2 other carriers we will not name here has given us so much grief and poor service.

Drivers have option to call if there having trouble locating you haha they wont. That should be mandatory.

How would you feel if your package is five days late and counting. We like on a state Hwy and I built a $300 drop box but too lazy to deliver. I will go to Corp UPS and file complaints. Fed-x delivers on time, no question asked.

Its okay but always have my package arrive on time before the covid19 and now, the package is arriving late and incorrect address. Its good, usually have my package on hold for pick up so UPS drivers won't have problems finding me or instead calling me.
