Roxanne, the pharmacist tech, was extremely rude and unprofessional when she made a judgement on how many scripts I was having filled. Worst customer service of all the Safeways.

I received automatic text messages that it was time to refill my prescriptions. I called the store to confirm that my order would be refilled in Green Valley. I was able to talk to a real person who was very friendly and she transferred my prescriptions from my home state to here. They will be ready for pickup tomorrow morning, per my request. It couldn't have been any easier.

They NEVER answer the phone. It takes at least 2-3 days to get a prescription filled. I have to go in to the store to be heard. Monthly meds end up 3-4 days late if it falls on a weekend!!!! Other places are just as bad if not worst then Safeway!!!!

This store has been poorly stocked all summer. They've had outages of things like 16oz containers of sour cream. Do they stockly weekly? It should be daily, but many items are out of stock for long periods of time when other stores in the area have it in abundance. There was a period when the roma tomatoes were few and rotten.

After reading some negative posts I was a bit hesitant to try this pharmacy. However my experience today was a full five star encounter. Four employees behind the counter at opening and all four were smiling, welcoming and ready to help. They answered all my questions, checked prices for me and were prompt as well as professional. They earned my future business. Good job!

Wednesday I booked a Covid vaccine for today. I show up and am told they don't have any supply. I ask why they let me set up an appointment today, the response was "that's Safeway who set it up, not us"! When asked when I could get an appointment, she said, " I don't know; watch for advertisements and then get back to us"! I went next door to CVS and was taken care of.

If I could give it a zero I would. Understaffed, incompetent, always low on inventory, and they short you on your prescriptions. Avoid like the plague. The pharmacist there actually told me to go to Walgreens for one prescription.

The pharmacist at this location is the worst professional I have ever met. He was exceptionally rude to my wife who was trying to transfer her medications and fill a prescription. The pharmacist stated "your medication is not in stock until infinity". My advice to anyone would be to avoid this pharmacy at all costs. This pharmacist shoukd never be in healthcare.

Tried to give this pharmacy my business but they have made it impossible to do so. Over 24 hours waiting for a prescription to be filled, cannot get it elsewhere as it is in their system. They do not answer the phone or if they do they hang up right away. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Do not go here if you need prescriptions filled on a timely basis. They won't do it. They are understaffed and worry about nothing but getting their lunch hours and shutting down at 5 or 7. Not worth the frustration dealing with them.

Pablo Valenzuela, the pharmacy manager, is outstanding. Kind and compassionate. He was straightforward and fast filling a telemedicine script for plaxovid. The additional information he provided me helped me to treat my covid infected husband in a timely manner. A true professional. I am grateful to have people like Pablo to help us in difficult times. Took my wife to the Safeway at the Continental Shopping Center at 2:30PM to receive a Flu Shot. Safeway advertises “Walk-Ins Welcome” No times indicated. There was nobody receiving a shot and there was nobody waiting. There were five employees there. She was told ‘Walk Ins” only until 1:00PM. Again, no times indicated. We have one car. I did not want her to drive after a shot as there could be a reaction. It was clear to her that they just did not want to be bothered. Unfortunate we have that attitude locally.

The Pharmacy is under staffed! They don’t answer the phone. It took them 2 days to fill my RX and when I asked for it in person 2 days after my Dr ordered it, they told me it was not ready yet. Their excuse was everyone came in for shots! Ok, you must have known this would happen. Prepare with enough staff!Now 3 days later I need another Rx and we don’t know if it’s ready because they don’t answer their phone!!Get somebody to answer the phone’. At least!

Wish I could give zero stars. The people working behind the counter are rude and incomepetent. The pharmacist isn't any better. My prescriptions have taken days to fill and once they do get filled, they have been wroing. Do not get your presctiptions filled here!
