I spent 45 minutes driving to the only location marker as open on the weekend. Turns out, they just don’t know how to edit their hours online.Please change your hours.

I was trying to open a youth account. I went to the branch and I was told I needed an appointment since it was closer to closing time and it would take them about 45 minutes. It was 20 minutes til closing. I've never seen a branch turned down someone trying to open an account. Figures bad service.

On hold for an hour! Just to reset my password. Couldn't do it online or I would have. Their in person customer service is much better.
