Duval Animal Hospital is the best! They are quick to help. When my cat was sick, I was able to get an appointment immediately. Everyone truly cares and listens to your concerns. I'm happy to find a veterinarian who helps.

I am very happy with the pet care I receive. I’m usually seen on time with very little wait. I really appreciate that they follow up the next day with you to see how your pet is doing after the appointment.

Hi Pet lovers , I made an appointment here to see my sick baby girl dog and they called me up a few days later to say they were refusing my pet because of a prior bad review I gave ! I was unaware of this but shocked by the callous cold nature of the call! If you want people who care about your pets these people aren't it!Truly unprofessional . If I could give 0 I would have!

Dr. Wilkinson is the best Veterinarian! He saved my Coco’s life and takes such thoughtful, compassionate care of my Jackson. This is a place you can trust to take care of your fur babies. The staff is great too!

the girls out front were so very kind and helpful, but the smugly superior vet who came in to see my pet was repugnant! They also don't examine in front of you, but behind a closed door. I was told my pet was fat, but needed $600 for further testing. This after the initial $100 for first time visit. I wouldn't take my furbaby to such a place ever again!

I should have read reviews before walking into this place! It was a horrible experience! They put you into room, vet tech writes your concerns down. Whisk my dog off for exam into another area. Vet tech comes back with this outrageous price. I felt I was being strong armed, having to ask why all these test, and negotiating price down! He leaves room, comes back with another price including the price to keep my dog there for X-ray! HUH! Informed have to pay half before the next step is done. Why did they whisk my dog off and not doing exam in front of me! Finally meant Dr Wilkerson after X-ray. Lack of human compassion, no Client education All the could be this, could be that statements. Following morning Vet tech calls, he was horrible, chastising me over the phone, how it was my choice not to pay for all those expensive test! Why did he call? I made calls to specialty clinics in Tucson, of course they want to charge you for taking there own X-ray. After many tears and doing my own research, I have chosen to allow my advanced age dog to die, hopefully as peaceful and pain free as possible Shame on you Dr Wilkinson! I left there spending a lot of money, many more questions than I received answers to! You missed an important class, 101 human compassion! Doing some internal sweep up might help! Bottom line, go else where to spend your money, to someone else who has there best interest in your pets needs. Who will give you the information needed so you can make an educated decision!

They do not take either AMEX or personal checks, and they also require pre-payment. In addition, you will not be able to be with your pet during the examination. Is this really a business? One star is excessive.

They gave outstanding care to our senior English Bulldog. Furthermore, they exhibited compassion, kindness and the utmost professionalism, to my husband, myself and our bully, when our dog recently went to the rainbow bridge. They went above and beyond to insure our beloved dog was comfortable, the vet and the technician stayed with us throughout the entire process. I can’t thank this team enough for helping us.

We recommend Duval Animal Hospital. The staff and vet's are great. We have gone to them for 20+ years. They have always been very professional. Everything is thoroughly explained. We have had several of our pets "Go over the Rainbow Bridge" and they were so kind.

Although the vet is extremely nice, explains things well, and seems to care, the charges are ridiculous. Every visit, the staff attempts to sell services. An estimate is shown and you are allowed to refuse some services, others are required. Today was the last straw. we took our 3 year old dog in on 5/8/23 for his rabies vaccination. I agreed to other vaccines and an annual wellness exam I was told was required for $189.10. At that time, I postponed the kennel cough (bordatella) vaccine as I was unsure if we'd be boarding him. The staff member told me if we needed it, to just call for an appointment. My husband brought him in today (6/7) for the vaccination and was told our dog needed a wellness exam first and a heartworm test not due until Sept. The exam 5/8 was $69. Needless to say, we're going elsewhere.

Duval Animal Hospital is Amazing!!! First time at the Vet with my 2 year old German shepherd the staff made me feel extremely comfortable. The Veterinarian was very thorough. If your looking for a friendly experienced hospital this is the place to go.

Val at the front desk had loads of customer service she's awesome. Jessica that Tech was also awesome. And what can I say about doctor Wilkinson... Never to disappoint love his bedside mannerisms with Layla.
