After dealing with a company that had menny charges on my bank account over a 4 month period I did exactly what Bank of America recommends and tried to fix it with the company and after that continued to allow charges to be processed after asking them to not allow any more charges for my account I did everything the company asked to be done and in the end they told me to dill with it through my bank. Now this was going on for 4 months and when I informed my bank of what had happened I was given a temporary credit until the final decision was made. When I filed the claim was 4/14/23 and on 7/7/23 the bank had closed the case and stated that it was pade in full then out of nowhere 90% of the disputed charges started to be reversed. I call in and was told only a portion of the clame was granted because I had waited to long to make a clam eventhoe I was trying to get the company to fix the problem the whole time. Now I am in a whole so deep I don't know what to do. And it is all bank of America's fault for this situation. I expland the entire situation to the associat I originally made the clame with and told him that I had been dealing with the company for the past 4 months but it was never past onto the people who make the decisions and if it was then what is bank of America stating that the reason for the reversed charges is because I took to long to Inform the bank. As soon as this problem is resolved I will be looking for a new bank I can't handel this kind of stress at 83 years old.

No line to be helped. They've redone the interior, now the deposit slips are against the window to the right of the doors as you come in. Also the lobby is no longer open on Saturday.

They shut down teller services in drive through but ATM is available. I am a long term customer and have been for many years.

I recently moved to Az. and decided to use Bank of America as I refinance a vehicle through them. My wife and I went to open a checking acct. and have never seen anything like it. It took two hours and still had to make another appt. for the next day to set up our online banking. They are either understaffed or the staff is lacking in communication between each other. I will give them another chance. However if this is there level of service I will be going elsewhere.

The employees at the Sahuarita location are the BEST!! 3 male there are the only reason we stay with BOA. We have lived in various states initially opened our accounts in Tx 12yrs ago. But recently had the out-of-a-nightmare loan process thru BOA mortgage. If it was not for the ever constant kind service of Jesus, Fernando & Rico we would move all our accounts from BOA. But each time I had to do an in branch transaction I will go out of my way, passing other branches to be treated with the respect and appreciation I get at this branch from these gentlemen. If 10stars were available, I'd go there for this branch.

Bank i do business with. Told I would have to make an appointment to have my title notarized if i was not his 1030am appt. 1037am and no one is in the lobby. Would have taken 1 min.

Friendly enough staff decent service. But they are too pushy with the extra services. The ATMS are SLOW!
