“Loved this place as soon as I came in! I had placed an online order for pickup and one of the items were out of stock but the lady working made sure to call me, let me know, offer alternatives, and then helped me find a similar item when I came in the store! She was veru kind and helpful and I will definitely be placing more orders in the future! Thank you guys so much!”

“I found an ad online. It was very inexpensive. I took it to the store, and they honored it. The prices at the store was medium to high retail price. The ad saved me. I got 2 short womens' boots. I paid for both a total $15.00. What a bargain. You have to try it.”

“Mainly went in to pick up an online order. Was greeted by a very friendly associate on my way in. She appeared to be new as the young lady that checked me out showed her how to check out my order. She wasn't as friendly as the initial associate. But of course was helpful. Lane Bryant's displays are always well done and showcase their best outfits very well.”

“I love this store! I always find exactly what I need at a great price!The only downside is that the other shoppers are sometimes disrespectful and they don't take care of the merchandise so things end up dirty and damaged. The store employees are all super nice and helpful!”
“Another cashier or two would be customer satisfaction ? Standing in line for twenty minutes gives second thoughts about your choices and needs. We're not talking about Christmas or the weekend about a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.”
“I know this is my first review, but not my first visit. My last visit was about a year or more ago and it rubbed me the wrong way with service being horrible. I left feeling unwelcome. Service is huge for me and I’d rather spend my money somewhere that cares. Today I tried to give this location another shot and since my son really likes their clothes . Right when we opened the door it was definitely better than the last. We were greeted and asked if we needed help. The sales were pretty good and we were able to find quite a few things. Hopefully this will be a trend for future visits.”

Not always easy to find what you need if you are an adult but it’s easier with kids clothes.
It’s usually busy in the evening and on the weekends.”
“Everything is fine, but it opens very late, Kols' opens at 9 and in the end I always end up filling up at Kols for the most convenient time, those in charge of the schedules be careful there.”

“What a treat to come upon this adorable boutique clothing store! Great selection, wide variety and polite, professional and smiling staff. Even at our age (mid-late 60’s) we were treated well. I bought a cute and well-made sweatshirt/shorts outfit that I’ve worn all summer. Looking forward to shopping at Arie Layne again!”
