Had appointment with Edgar. Bank confirms my appointment with Edgar through text and email day before. Edgar gets assigned to training at another bank so not available for appointment. They do not contact me to change appointment or assign someone else to that appointment slot.

I had what I felt was a mildly complicated transaction between my business account & personal. Waited in line not knowing if I had to schedule an appointment for it.. Chloe was fast, knowledgeable and had everything resolved in about 3-5 min for me. I was much happier coming out than I was coming in. Best service I’ve had in a while at any Wells Fargo, thank you so much!

I'm so disappointed in Wells Fargo. I go up ATM at branch. Put my card in and boom Out of Service " sign popped up! Ok cool, I cancel transaction because that's all I could do. But the ATM would NOT return my card! So here it is a 3 day weekend and no money. When I called the bank they told me I will have to get a new card! Which means all my automated payments will have to be updated! Such a hassle! #booWF!

If I could, I would give them a zero I was sitting there for 30+ minutes. while they all were just sitting around, talking to each other they could have took in time to open up an account in that time … just a horrible

I've never seen bank tellers so rude. All of them. They are lazy too. Wont help customers until there are 15+ people waiting in line. Amd then act like the customers are a burden because all they want to do is hang out and talk to eachother. By far the worst customer service I've ever received at a bank. Wont be going here for anything anymore.

Fastest teller at the drive thru is going to be the one that's right at the window. If you use the vacuum chute, it takes a little longer. ATMs aren't always functioning at the drive thru side.

Worst Banker customer service ever. Had 9am apt they took the first that came through the door. When I stated I have an appt I was told the next person will be with me shortly. I had a flight to catch at 12noon had to leave after 30min waiting. Will never do business here again. Would recommend because you need to behave like "KAREN" to be seen first.

Absolutely an awful customer experience. Unprofessional, 1 or 2 lanes open. Drivethru closes during lunch time!! Charge for a cashiers check for 20 year customer with significant savings. Shoukd have believed it when Congress went after them. AWFUL bank

Wanted to open an account. Sat in the lobby for 25 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Was told they needed at least an hour advance to make an appointment. That would have been nice to onow 25 minutes ago. What a joke!

They won't answer the phone, the VM says they won't be answering the phone. They require an appointment to meet with a banker in order to close an account and they make you WALK IN to close the account. But you can't make an appointment because they will NOT answer fje phone. I walked in as I was told to by wells online, I waited in line to request help. People who walked in AFTER me were served first because I chose to wait in line, as there was no one to alert that I needed to meet with a banker. The manager provided a 1 star experience. They do not value a customers time. Monica is AMAZING, it's too bad she works in a branch where the service is so bad. I'm much closer to moving ALL of my accounts to a different bank! The service here is horrible and I do NOT recommend.
