I have been going to this Walmart since they opened. Now they say they are “improving” the store…. But my husband and I went the other night for groceries, and also energy drinks and makeup items- and they’re locked up now. And of course, there is NO one working/walking around who can open their stupid cages. So we went to Frys to get our stuff. HEY WALMART-why don’t you just get rid of 500 self checkouts and 1 cashier lane and actually HIRE EMPLOYEES to check out customers to avoid losses/theft??

Worst Walmart I ever seen rude staff black lady check me out for beer she was just standing there doing absolutely nothing and had a attitude because I ask her to check me out won’t be going there again

No one to help at Deli, went back 3 times and they called someone still no help even though there were 4 people standing behind the little wall! Missing labels on items and ONLY had self checkout available. Safeway is across the street far better service.

My husband and I went today ( Monday January 6th ) to Walmart for some strawberries and literally all of the strawberries were molded. We checked various different containers and they all had at least one molded strawberry. Obviously we left empty handed, super disappointed because we do love coming to this Walmart.

My racist, profiled experience at Walmart.
While at the Walmart self checkout, mind you with my nine and six year old boy and girl we were profiled and made to feel like we were doing something wrong, or already have. While checking out, and mind you no open cashier lines, just self check out. After this elderly white Walmart employee finished with the customer in the self checkout ahead of me, she started staring me and my kiddos down. So much so that I returned the staring contest and she immediately averted her gaze. The elderly white lady then left immediately, and when she came back, she brought back another Walmart employee to open up the register directly behind us. This much younger white lady took over staring us down while we finished our own checkout. She did not ask for any customers to go to her open checkout. Didn't mention once next customer or that she was open. Too busy watching what my six year old daughter, nine year old son, and my self a public teacher, a music educator were up too. The sweet irony is that right before we started to work for Walmart without pay, I mean self checkout, I exclaimed out loud that of course there isn't a cashier checkout open.
Shame on you Neighborhood Walmart, shame on your blatant racism and profiling.

Very poor experience. Over an hour of shopping. Checked out in my handicap cart. Tried to pay work my phone. They said no"Tap to pay". So I left. What a waste of time!!! Nobody really cared

Awful. We get delivery every week….and every week the deli sliced cheese is a disaster. Broken pieces and all stuck together. Do better Walmart! This is awful! I will be asking for a refund EVERY TIME my cheese looks like this.

I don't Think I have ever been in the store where it was not in disarray. Saw plenty of employees walking around, but it came time to check out.You have to do it yourself.

When you go to check out you will be greeted with no lanes open and be told to go to self check out because they are short staffed.
Then you glance around and see 3 to 5 workers standing around doing nothing. Please steer clear of this store. Works are suppose to help you not tell you to help yourself.

The cashier old lady was very very rude she doesn’t know how to take care of customers!! When my wife asked for extra bags and she treated her very badly and also she followed them near to exit so she can’t take bags or asked someone!! This lady must get fired
