Never in my years of going to Walmart would ever think the older balding gentleman in the photos and electronics department could ever be as rude or crass as he was to me and my younger sister. He talked over me as I was trying to explain I had already placed an order as he thought I was placing a new one. As then he was helping me I was explaining I had already asked someone to look for someone so then he could let them know that he was already assisting me. He mistook that as me saying I didn’t want his help. So he asked if I wanted to wait and I was confused and said I guess. We wait there for a while and proceeded to be informed that he was the only person who could help us so we asked if he could grab our photos nicely and he then started to over talk to me again. Then he also informed me that he the only person who could help me so I explained that it was a misunderstanding and he began to speak over me again trying to explain to him that this was all just a misunderstanding and I had to tell him how was I supposed to know that only he could assist me. Then we tried to finish the pick up again and then he was sarcastic the entire time. Finally someone else comes after my sister started to be rude back and we had to leave because I didn’t want her to be rude more and escalate the entire conversation. But overall this was the most unnecessary experience ever. And I hope he understands that it was a misunderstanding on his part because I was only trying to tell him so he could let the other worker know not to come and waste that employees time too.

Designing this Walmart for the future. Dang, I really miss cashiers! Very clean. Better, with the exception of cashiers, since the way it used to be.

Trash experience everytime. Went in for a charger for a laptop. Me and three other guys sat there waiting so I asked tge employee to help us and stop stacking TVs
Stared at me then walked away... .
As a local business owner I'd NEVER allow an atmosphere and culture that allows such disrespect of my patrons.
Save yourself the annoyance and try Target.

Always costs me way too much money. I wasn't even supposed to buy anything. I was there with my sister. As an innocent bystander I ended up spending $150. But way better than the one in oregon. So I'll accept the charges. Lol

I give this walmart a 1 star only because there is no way I can put a negative star . And if I could it would be a -5 . I had the worst expirence in the electronics section. Walmart provides a Affirm program that unfortunately the electronics section seems not to be aware of or how to use it! Had a worker there named Richard who seems to be very unprofessional about his job. Saying that "he has delt with these people before "and bashing us with name calling making it seem like if we were bothering him and we felt belittled just to even ask questions as a customer. We did not want to hear anymore racial profiling coming out his mouth about us any longer than it need to be .I believe He should not be working in a place where there is diversity customers. But that's only based of what we feel due to the type of disrespect that he gave towards us. I hope no one else gets the same treatment like we did.

This is by far the worst store I have been too. The associates are bigots against people who are of different races. I have not been in a situation in which the assistant manager is a racist. The person in question is from China or Korea, he does like people like me. I even try to talk another assistant manager or trainer, and he or she back him. The employees do not care for the customers. There is a lack of respect for the customer who shop at the store. Not even store manger did not have the respect for the customers. What is going on with WalMart. I will not tolerate this behavior, so advice to people is watch yourself in that store
