This location needs to train their cashiers that you never pack raw chicken in with fresh foods, I had to take my grapes out of the raw chicken bag. Also why is there only ever one cashier? Tired of Walmart expecting its customers to do their job for them so they don't have to pay cashiers... ridiculous.

Hey manager person at this neighborhood Walmart! It was my first time heading to this Walmart at 2:30pm. I noticed a bunch of school kids turning their backpacks toward their belly's. But don't you notice that they are stealing and running down the aisle's. I asked a kid to put the energy drinks back that he slide into his bag, but I'm sure he went back. They huddle up against the drinks, chips, and candies like I am legend zombies.

I'm not a huge fan of Walmart and don't go typically, but while out with my sis she needed to grab a few items before heading home. The parking lot is busy and shared with quite a few businesses. Location was pretty organized, but same service as any other. The layout was a bit off compared to every other Walmart Grocery, but still easy enough to find what we needed. No real stand out here, but fairly quick, cheap and on our way.

The leadership at this Goodyear, AZ Walmart is a joke. Try calling the customer service number and see if you can get hold of the store manager (Tray). If they answer at all, they will eventually hang up on you, or transfer you to Pharmacy or Electronics, then when you ask for manager, they transfer you back and hang up on you. I called that number over 20X this morning and got hung up on or call rings and rings then times out. One guy answered "hello?" like he was sitting at home. So sad. They rotate the same 3 excuses, manager is on a conference call, manager is not available, manager is not here t the moment. 0 stars for customer service 0 stars for phone etiquite 0 stars for onsite manager performance 1 lane open with a like 5 or 6 people deep and a bunch of associates milling around chatting with each other. The prices are good but honestly, I'll pay a little more and go to Fry's or buy online.

I normally shop at the Goodyear Neighborhood Market and today as I was shopping, I was approached by another "customer" asking me to pay for their groceries that she had in her cart. I was surprised that she would even ask me and tried to make me feel "guilty" because she had a toddler sitting in the cart and her husband or male figure, was right beside her, I felt ganged up on. I am a very giving person and do my best to support my neighborhood and the homeless. I told her no, I could not. I mentioned it to the cashier just as a side note, when I checked out. So beware, this must be a new tactic now, hopefully it was a one off ask, but to be that bold was upsetting and trying to make me feel guilty. I would not like for our seniors to be put in such a situation. I tried to call the store manager twice when I got home, to let them know, just in case the cashier did not let her supervisor know, but no one would pick up the phone.

Not one cashier available. Long line to use the self serve registers only. Ridiculous! No personalities for most of the employees at this store. Go across the street instead to Safeway!

I've been using this service and I love it!!!! This is amazing especially when you're just getting off work and don't have a lot of time because kids need to be picked up... I place my order the night before pick my time slot and boom that it. I've also got to say the associate Fernando is so polite and let me tell you. I never wait more than 5 mins for him to come out with my order, check out is quick and he's always courteous about asking if I'd like any items up front with me.. Wal-Mart you've got a top notch employee with that young man!!!

My issue with most recent visit to this Walmart Neighborhood Market store was that I looked at two items online at Walmart.com , saw they were "in stock today" at this location , and when I went to store, the prices for those two items on the shelf were more expensive than the online prices. Some coffee k-cups that were listed for $8 on Walmart.com were almost $10 in -store at this location. And a box of tea bags listed for $2.98 online were close to $3.50 in the store. This experience was frustrating , not just because of the "sticker shock" but also because I made my decision to visit this location based on the prices I saw online. If Walmart.com had listed the right in-store prices, I could have saved time and gas money by going to a different store or having the items delivered to my home. I reached out to Walmart customer service and the response I received was a referral to Walmart's pricing policy. The bottom line was that if I see a price at Walmart.com that is different than the price on the shelf, it is up to me to mention the price difference to the cashier/associate. Furthermore, the pricing policy indicated that a supervisor approval may be required, which would involve the supervisors having to log on to the Walmart.com web site to verify the price differences. I personally am not interested in seeing a price online and hoping it is the same as the in store price. And I am not interested in waiting for an associate to track down a supervisor . Wal-mart is the only store i have encountered that has this online/in-store price mismatch issue so I am going to choose to shop at stores where there is no guesswork about the pricing of an item...

While the store still needs to improve on restocking times (up to 3 weeks) on out of stock items, these past few visits, the store has had everything I need. So, this warrants a bump in rating. Though, to save myself a trip to the Super Center, I have ordered online a couple of times.

Love this little Walmart . I've be coming here since we moved from Ca 6 yrs ago..I would like to say that Elena from produce and Estella the cleaning lady and Marisela from the deli are the best employees there always have a smile and have great customer service . Love practicing my Spanish with them. Customers service is very important to me and these ladies surpass this . Store is super clean because they have the best and hardest cleaning lady . Hope management reads this and really give these wonderful ladies the credit they deserve .

The worst customer service for doing returns! VAUGHN had the WORST attitude for no reason. I ordered something online and came into store to do a return. I was slightly over the return date and asked for a manager to help out since I just moved here from out of state and was unable to get into store to do a return. The manager had NO PROBLEM with accepting the return but VAUGHN continued with her attitude towards me. I even said to her idk why your having such an attitude towards me and she said IM NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH YOU. I was not there to argue with anyone. Just trying to return an item that I HAD A RECIEPT AND ORDER # for as well as the ORIGINAL PACKAGING (never opened). She took this return way too personal and should be spoken to by management. Needless to say, I will continue to shop at Target because they are wayyy better anyway! Such a shame!!

Pharmacy Dept: 3 strikes and you're out. That's the 3rd time I've been there and the customer service was nonexistent. No greeting or acknowledgement of my presence at all. After 10 minutes in the drive through, I had to park and go in. The customer service on the inside wasn't any better. Not even an apology. Just another long wait with a sick kid. I'm done, Walgreens it is.

Every time you walk into this store you feel cared about and that's just unusual as a general rule in grocery stores. In addition, the staff make it a point to please customers by going above and beyond and tonight was no exception. I rode my bike to the store so I just grabbed a few dollars because I was only purchasing a couple of apples. To my surprise, my favorite apples were only selling whole bags at a cost of $2.94! Since I only had $3.00, I asked staff member Nick, if there was tax on the food because if not, I would have to go home and get more cash. Yup, there was a tax. Nick saw my disappointment and offered to see if there were any apples in stock which was cool. But what he did next was priceless: There were no apples in the back so he went into his office and gave me a quarter to cover the tax on the bag of apples! Is that cool or what?! You know it's the little things in life that make someone feel like they matter. Nick, thanks so much, you're a gem. Fernando is pretty amazing too. :-)

Not as much variety as a super Walmart but the convenience is the point. I can get in and out for groceries or personal care pretty quickly with almost no waiting in line. They also have the grocery pick up option which is awesome if you like that. I've never personally tried theirs but the feature is nice. Overall pretty good
