Had to drive here tonight bc they are apparently the only 24 hour pharmacy in the West valley. They do not answer their phones. Was calling them during my entire drive to pickup my son's Rx just to make sure they had it ready when we arrived. The phone went from ringing to hold music several times meaning they just kept switching to hold over and over. Then when we were literally pulling in someone finally answered stating the prescription was cancelled. Not sure how that happened but while standing at the pharmacy counter with provider on the phone there were THREE more cancellations. Anyway after all this madness and seeing that there was clearly an order being put in, the pharmacist put it through, and then after everything they said they don't take that insurance (Mercy Care). Never again.

Apparently, ALL the pharmacies in the area are too stupid to manage their lunch breaks. If you have to get anything behind the counter, don't go at 1:30.

Who ever Alex is it’s terrible that your cashier is calling you for help and you ignore her.
Let alone ignore me trying to buy a fragrance as she called you multiple times and I rang the customer service bell.
I worked 26 hours and stopped in to get valentines gift for my son. Thanks to you ignoring me as a customer I won’t have time later to get a gift. It’s sad how some people just don’t care about their customers.

extremely rude staff at this pharmacy. Was on hold for 10 mins, someone finally answered and put me on hold to ask the pharmacist a question, was on hold for yet ANOTHER 10 mins, this Ben dude answered and was extremely disrespectful. Zero manners

Came in to have my prescriptions filled after being a the ER. Was told that it would only take 45 minutes to fill. She asked if it was okay to get up dates via text. I told her yes. I received the text within 10 minutes of waiting. After waiting 39 minutes I was told that they are now going on lunch at 1330 for 30 minutes. I understand that everyone gets a lunch but to tell a customer one thing knowing your lunch is always the same time. My prescription only had 4 minutes left from their quote. Now I have to wait not only 30 more minutes but for the to still fill the prescription! Horrible customer service. If she would have told me upfront that it takes about 45 minutes to fill but we do take lunch at 1330, I would have went somewhere else!

Third time I have been here and each time I have had to wait over 30 mins!! No one wants to wait in a drive thru with sick kids waiting for their medications. Don’t go here! Go to CVS instead!!

Walgreens is so greedy and crooked. They won't hire enough people to serve the sick people then turn around and cheat the customers. The US government (if you can trust them) has sued walgreens for unfair practices yet they are still in business, making billions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAKE UP AMERICA TO CORRUPT CORPORATE AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pharmacy will keep you on hold , Not greet you slap you back on hold and wow! Maybe consider finding another job. I’m patient but THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

I visited the pharmacy on 03/24/2024 at 8pm and I had a pleasant experience. I called to check on my prescription and Stacy was very helpful and professional. Thank you all for being so kind when I was feeling crumby.
