They offer same day printing on photo books, but then can't deliver. Got an email saying my order would be ready at 5:50pm. They called at 7:10pm to tell me they didn't have anyone in store that knew how to make the book. So, not the same day, at all. Come back the next day and am so disappointed I could cry. Emerald green looks teal in some pics and olive green in others. The binding was not lay flat as ordered. The cover had visible air bubbles and hardened glue on it. The photos all have obvious streaks from the printer and my daughter looks like she has jaundice in every single picture. Of course, they shrugged and said that's the best they can do. I cannot put this photo book out for my guests. It would look better if I printed it on my stupid HP at home.

They have issues every single time I try to pick up my prescriptions, it takes anywhere from 3 to 4 trips before in finally able to pick up my medications.

I've used this pharmacy 3 times. And EVERY time something went wrong. Once it was the wrong prescription entirely... This will be my last time using this location. Finished surgery and was too tired to update where they were sending the script over and gave them one last chance. My last experience is as follows...First I get a text informing me there was a delay with insurance approval (oddly enough insurance doesn't cover the script at this location, but does at others...). I agree to pay cash just to be easy.I get told they are running behind but should be done in an hour.2 hours later I get a text my prescription is ready. I give them an extra hour before heading over. After waiting in line for 20minutes the tech tells me the script is not ready, but goes to check on it. While she's checking I get a call from Walgreens telling me my prescription is ready. I chuckle as she comes back and says it will be another 20minutes. So I said, "So... should I just get back in line again, or..."

It’s hard to find good customer service these days. Today, I walked into Walgreens frustrated because I had trouble getting a picture printed. Tino immediately stepped up and saved the day. He walked my mom and I through the printing process, and when we had technical difficulties, he was patient and caring. With some trial and error, we got the picture printed.

Had an appointment for a COVID shot, but they were out. I received numerous reminder texts, but none saying that I would need to reschedule. A poorly run organization

Their customer service is bad. Was waiting for a prescription and took all day to fill. So don't be in a big hurry for anything at this store

Why must it take so long to pick up my meds? I have to wait 30 minutes. Seems way too long. Plus now there is a lunch break? So I guess I need to my scripts by mail. So disappointed. Not even close to service. It’s so sad what pharmacies have become.

Made an appointment to get flu shot. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. Appointment was for5:45. Took over an hour to get my shot. Pharmacist is way too busy. They need to have extra help to do the vaccines. Let's just pray no mistakes get made. Walgreens do better!

If I could give you zero stars, I would! This is the worst Walgreens if you expect customer service do not go here. The workers have no clue how do to there job. Nothing in the store is mark for sale items. Old lady Deb is the rudest person!! I will be contacting costomer service as well. Funny, I went to another store and had no issues at all and they said how awful that store is. They hear it from everyone so maybe they should get a new management in there!!

Absolutely frustrating!! The Pharmacy at the Pebblecreek and McDowell location is completely unorganized. My husband and I have both have stood at the window to pick up an Rx that is ready and they cannot find it. It appears they have at least 4 different places they pile up the bags of finished orders and have to dig through the piles to find what you are there to PU. Yesterday I had a new Rx sent in by my Drs. office and at around 12:30 was told they could have it & another one ready in a couple minutes, after waiting quite some time the tech/cashier came back & said the Dr had to administer a shot and I would have to wait about 20min. (Why is the Pharmacist giving shots?) I stopped back later only to be told 1 of my Meds, the one I really needed was “out of stock”!!! I insisted they tell me what other Walgreens I could go to& get what I really needed. After waiting around again, low and behold they found the Medication I needed and FINALLY got the order finished!! The out of stock situation has happened before and it took an entire week to get filled. The management of this location is terrible and needs to be overhauled. Find somewhere else to fill your Rx orders……….

I just had a HORRIBLE experience with this lady, Amnity, at this pharmacy!! My Dad just had surgery and was not recovering well from it. Long story, but the Doctor at the hospital (where he had surgery) just called in his pain medication at 5:48. Then the nurse called me to say it was called in. So, I called this Walgreens to make sure they if they even had time to fill it before they closed at 6:00. They would and they had it, but they close at 6:00. I said, "Okay, if I leave now, my phone says I will arrive exactly at 6:00, so can you please wait for me to run in and grab it?" (You know, cause it might take me 30 seconds to get out of my car and walk back there.) She flat out said, "No." I'm like I will be there at 6:00. I just have to run to the back and she said, "No, we close sharply at 6:00." I felt that was an incredibly selfish, with no compassion, answer. What if it was her Dad in pain? Also, my husband happened to be out driving and I asked him to try to get by 6:00. He walked in at 5:59 and ran to the back and it turned to 6:00, on the dot, and he said, "Excuse me, I need help," he saw the girl and she/they closed the curtain thing on him!! I feel that was rude (and selfish, as employees seem concerned to want to hurry and punch out, instead of wanting to help people in need)!I used to wait a few minutes, when working at a cookie company, if someone was running late and asked me to wait till they got there, I would say, "Sure!" and wait a few minutes extra until I closed. I would try to be kind and considerate. Sometimes people can't control their circumstances of why they are running late. And that was for a cookie cake, not essential pain meds for someone who just had surgery. :(
