pharmacist told me to call at 8am to get my script processing. did that then told it would start being worked on. called again at noon, it'll be ready after 2pm. Drive thru at 4pm, won't be ready till tomorrow, 'maybe' it'll be ready before we close. They've had the script for 2 days. I dont understand..I did what you guys said.. why?

Were did customer service go , our Neighborhood Walmart has none , $200 worth of Groceries And you have to scan it yourself and bag it as well , 630am and the only help are 2 girls playing on the phones and laughing .
Got no choice we had our Forever Home Built here .
Just wished Walmart Cared !!!!!

Requested prescription refill online, order was filled earlier than estimated! Store is clean and bright. Staff was very nice and fast!

I went to pick up a photo. The worker Sandra was at the computer printing photos, which I understand so I waited patiently for quite a while. Finally another worker came over and they spoke about a customer - swearing and complaining to each other. Neither acknowledged me. Sandra turned and looked at me and then turned back around to the computer. So I said I had a pick up, she acted totally inconvenienced and handed me my photos and told me the front can ring me up. The whole exchange was just totally rude and unprofessional.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. The prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. You call, they don't even greet you. Just put you on hold repeatedly for half an hour.

Ridiculously long waits for pharmacy drive-thru. Almost 30 minutes for the 3 vehicles ahead of me. Unacceptable.

You have lost us as long time customers.Frequently back orders on my pain meds. Can't find my orders when arrive to pick up.This has been going on constantly for the past year at most locations.

I called to transfer all my scripts from another Walgreens today. I have to say the Pharmacy Tech was very helpful and very kind. Those are the kind of people that should be working in Customer Service. I just want to say to the Pharmacy Tech Emily Thank You for being patient and helping me with the transfer of my scripts. Your Customer Service is Amazing ? Keep on being kind. ???

I'm a regular customer at the Pharmacy.As soon as I see one or two cars in line at the Drive Thru window I hesitate to get in line.Honestly, this morning pushed me over the limits but I was sick so I waited literally 30+ minutes. The car in front of me had her daughter go INSIDE to get the prescription while the Mom sat at the window for 20 minutes talking about it and so her daughter was making people wait INSIDE this privileged woman made all of us wait out in line. I'm tired of this location. As soon as I complained the girl behind the window refused to serve me. I asked for the Manager. He was okay but they aren't running a good operation. Don't go here.

Pharmacy staff is wild. The front girls are very nice, but the manager is insanely rude to her people. Saying they all mess around way too much and the voicemails they leave have laughing in the background and literally making comments about her child support while being on a personal call. Think I'm gonna switch my prescription to a new location she had wayyy to much energy to be within earshot of customers.
