Stood in store waiting for a long time no one even asked that I needed for help. No one ever said it's going to be a while. I ended up finally leaving since no one could help me. Employees didn't even acknowledge I was there. Poor way to get new business

Wasn't even greeted when me and my mother walked in to get phones, instead we sat waiting for like 30 min just for the rep to get done with the previous customer to turn and leave without even communicating he will be back to get the head manager , whole time didn't even acknowledge us. I believe they profiled us because we're black for fraud . I didn't like the experience from the beginning. So we just went to T-Mobile and got better deals and better phones at better prices .

Alex and his supervisor are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding the electronics that you need. My family and I came in today (Aug.31st) to get my son's voicemail on his phone fixed. We were told to call support service. After being on the phone for over an hour they couldn't help. We went back into the Verizon store and Alex approached us. We explained again the situation and he took the phone. He spent a few minutes on it pushing buttons and fixed the phone. What a miracle Alex was... We then traded in my son's phone for an upgrade new one. Alex spent the whole entire time with us very patient and even stayed after his hours of work to finish up with us. We will be coming back to see Alex for all of our phone upgrades now..

The staff here is really friendly. Juan has helped me out on multiple occasions, and he’s been fantastic—super personable, always going the extra mile and doing an amazing job! I also had a great experience with the female manager today, though I didn’t catch her name. Overall, this has been the best Verizon store experience I’ve ever had in 8 years of being a customer. Even though I have other stores closer in radius to me, I’ll definitely choose this one every time !

Normally I'm happy to go here.. This time we had to leave after waiting an hour to see the guy that usually helps me. We had to leave. We live in San Antonio so now I will have to find someone new to help me... We won't be back to this one...
