Be careful don't accidently drop off a FedEx package. It will be lost and they will continually lie to you about it and refuse to take responsibility for the fact that it was in their possession.

In the heart of our journey, we found ourselves at the UPS Store, a place where the mundane act of sending an Amazon return became an encounter with unparalleled service. The man at the helm of this establishment was Jasper, a store associate who carried himself with the calm confidence of one who has mastered his craft.
We arrived burdened with returns, expecting the usual transaction of commerce. But Jasper, with a steady gaze and a ready smile, transformed this errand into an experience of ease and efficiency. He took the reins of our task with the assuredness of a seasoned mariner guiding his ship through turbulent seas.

The service is second to none. I work around the corner and drop in all the time. They are so personable—asking how my day has been…the man kept saying “niner” for the number nine, and I was always #9 when I played sports in high school—it was fun to just converse midday and have a break from the office, and receive friendly smiles and conversation. The place is busy, and always smells good (they have a great air freshener and say people always say how good it smells), has a calm atmosphere, and the service is fast and easy. Love it! I’ll be back!

I visited the store 2 times and called the store 2 times on 4/11/2024. Both phone encounters were expertly handled by Jenna. One of the in person encounters was with Jenna who was excellent. The 2nd encounter was with a young man who was GREAT. THIS STORE has been good to me and my family in the past few years.

For the 2nd time in a row, I've ordered products that are shipped via UPS and have not received them on time. No updates or ETA explanations.
I go online and it just says delayed. Contact customer service and they say they don't have a driver that delivers to my business address, yet FEDEX, Amazon, and other UPS packages have been delivered here, WEEKLY!!??
Maybe it's just the Goodyear/Avondale locations that lack training or GPS?
