Just left the location today 5/22/24 at 6:48 pm and our experience was less than pleasant. From the time we entered there was no customer service or acknowledgment, just sweeping and hurrying to make sure they were going to close on time. I asked the clerk, Asiah, if they carried a certain product, she said no, and then I found it on the shelf. When it was time to check out Asiah took her time and was more engaged in the conversation with her coworker, than checking us out in a timely manner. Asiah asked me for my phone number to pull up my account and then checked out. I asked her if it pulled up my military discount or my hairstylist discount, and she said “Uh Naw it didn’t do a discount, I didn’t have enough points.” I didn’t ask about points, but okay. I tried to ask her why it didn’t pull up, and she just handed me my receipt and started talking back to her coworker. Of course we won’t be back to this location, because why risk running into Asiah as the checkout clerk, and spend money at an establishment that doesn’t offer much of pleasant experience, no thanks!

The ladies that work here are so nice and their customer service is awesome! They are pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about the products that they carry. LOVE COMING HERE

it’s very hard finding hair stores as a black girl that carries hair for my styles at reasonable prices! always enjoy going here! staff are great girls girls!! and always help you need advice in new products

Anytime I come to this certain location the staff is unprofessional, not helpful. The staff has an attitude anytime u ask questions especially when they're having a conversation amongst themselves. Arrived on Sunday the store opened at 10 am and the staff didn't show up till 10:01 and 10:02. They rushed to open due to them running late and the system was down due to staff rushing due to 6 customers waiting in the parking lot

**FIND A NEW BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE**This place is unethical. They'll tell you your payments didn't show up which is a lie and once it clears your bank account, they'll refuse to refund your money or have any type resolution.

I came in on Sunday just to look around cause I’m new to this. not to long after walking in a very nice young lady, didn’t catch her name, she had twist in her hair and wore glasses, ask if I needed help and was VERY helpful. didn’t find what I was looking for so I told her I’d be back on Tuesday to see what came in their shipment. I walk in was greeted very well by three girls, surrounded by the register. Didn’t see the young lady that helped me on Sunday, so I just proceeded to wear We were looking on Sunday. Stood there for about a good five minutes. Music was blaring. Nobody asked if I needed help. The three girls around the register, just kept talking amongst themselves. A young lady with pink braids walks right in front of me doesn’t ask if I need help so I walk around the store as if I’m lost. Still no help but yet I go to walk out the door and get told , Have a good day. Customer service here sucks!! Not to sure who owns this establishment but I will take my money elsewhere seeing how what I was gonna purchase was $189! Now I’ll drive 13 miles for better Customer service. May be the girl with the glasses should give y’all some pointers on good customer service!

Two employees and not one helped me find what I needed. I was told to “LOOK THROUGH “ so I left. Customer service is not the priority I saw. It’s not my store nor do I get paid to “LOOK”. If you want to stay in business get customers what they need since it is your store. I will spend my money elsewhere where I come in and they LOOK for me……

I came close to closing, and the two girls let me look around and get my stuff, told me they were closing at about 7:57pm. I went up to the register and they totaled me out. I tell them I have $100 in cash and the rest on tap to pay & asked again if they accepted tap to pay just to double check (I asked initially when the gal helped me get a pack of clip in extensions). Both employees are standing at the register ringing up what I’m wanting to buy, & the girl that did not help me grab the clips ins snaps back at me with “WE DON’T ACCEPT CASH”. Long story short, that was a lie, they absolutely do. And after me having to call a friend to send money to my card since I didn’t have enough time to go add the $100 myself, they continue having a better than you demeanor towards me. Once the money is sent and I pay I see the register open and the girl grab all the 20’s from it at the same time she hands me the receipt. So I definitely do not appreciate being lied to. If it was a matter of counting their cash drawer. They had plenty of time to mention that when I walked in near closing.
