The process from setting up an appointment to dropping of the gaming console to understanding what was wrong and what the repair would be (including cost and timeline) was seamless. A great experience at a time when my child was very frustrated by the circumstance.

I would recommend this place. The people are friendly and the work was fast. They didn't have my part in stock but they were able to order it quick. Once the part came in, my phone was fixed in a couple hours.

Brought a macbook to get the screen replaced a few years ago that's still functioning. Recently went in to get my ps4 HDMI port replaced. They did it super fast! And now I can play my RDR2 ?.

The guys that work there are kind, patient & knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them. My friend who is a bit older is not tech savy. A lot of people get inpatient & almost cruel towards her questions. These gentlemen went out of their way to answer everyone of her questions

My first experience with them was a good one so I kept going back but as it turns out they don't stand behind their failed repairs and will only continue to help you if you pay them again for a repair that didn't last 24 hours. I was open to suggestions of how to deal with the ongoing issue but their only offer was to either pay them again and attempt the repair with no guarantee that it would work or to find someone else to do it. So I did. I don't have anything against the U Break I Fix company in general I've continued to have a good experience with other locations just not this one. In the process of dealing with the poor customer service at this location I also found out that it is a franchise and not corporate owned so they aren't held to the same standards as a regular corporate store. I won't be going back to this one again.
