We had a problem with a valve stem that no one else caught. Richard found the problem And knew how to fix it and saved us over $300 dollars on a new tire.

“Made appt for oil change and after my car had not moved from parking lot for an hour I inquired, advising that I could reschedule to let them catch up. Manager apologized and asked if I could give him another hour to which I said OK. My car was ready after that hour and Manager said there was no charge, plus gave me a card good for $30 off my next oil change. While I was initially irritated at the time, I feel the Manager made things right and I will continue being a repeat customer for tires and service.”
