I went to Target in the afternoon.
It is usually busy at night.
The checkout went fast and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I would give Target a 5* but it gets very busy at night.
The mornings and afternoons are much better.

The Vibe is bad here. Needa self check-out and automated. Artificial maybe..
Employees are messing with guests so are guests on guests, guests on employees.
Maybe the machines won't tell me to have a good life, or mess with our shopping.

I have just got off the phone after talking to the store manager to let him know of my experience at Target today. At around 3.30pm, my husband and I were looking at some televisions that were on sale. We had some questions but no one was at the desk so I went to look for an assistant. I soon found out that all the call phones had been removed so I had to walk half way around the store to find an assistant, which was a struggle for me as I have a disability. Finally, I found someone who called to get help, but no one appeared so we asked a second person. Eventually a young lady showed up in electronics. We told her that we were interested in a TV but had a few questions to which she replied, “I only sell TVs but don’t know anything about them and to go to Best Buy as their employees were trained to answer questions about their products.” I asked her what her manager would say if they knew what she was saying, and she replied that they were trained to say that. I almost felt like leaving everything in our carts with her, but we continued to the checkout. But without a TV I would have bought.
I was in retail for years, even at Target for a while and never have I heard someone say that to a customer. I thought the main reason for stores was to sell products. With employees like this, Target probably won’t be afloat much longer. After years of shopping with you I can’t say how disappointed I am. So, off to Best Buy it is, along with my recommendation to friends and family to do the same.

Well, if you want to know if something is in stock, you’re going to have to get in your car and go down there. They publish a phone number, but nobody will ever answer the phone. You can call, electronics, toys, apparel, or the customer service desk, and no one will ever pick up the phone!

This is a great Target. It’s always clean, organized and easy to check out majority of the time. Good sales and I love the online shopping team. They do a great job all around here.

I’ve been frequenting this location quite a bit even though it it so much farther from my home. My Target is always such a miss in many levels. Service sucks typically and I leave more empty handed than not. Like everywhere these days prices are escalating and I am more smart with my purchases. This location is always clean, well organized, easy to find what I’m looking for and I’ve never had a bad service experience. The parking lot, while fairly busy with multiple other stores nearby is pretty easy to navigate and find a spot to park. There is also a Starbucks inside and even still a snack bar which most Targets need to lack these days.

815 at night and a sea of people and only three lanes open. That makes for a bad customer service experience.
I guess the reason why they call it target is so you can keep an eye on the cashier 30 people back.

This is the worst target. No self checkouts!!!!!!! And they usually only have like 4 people on cashiers! Don’t expect to just run in and out.

I came to starbucks and asked for a pink drink with light ice, and the girl charged me $1.10 for no water extra base and refused to fix it and gave me attitude. I’ve ordered from here before and they never gave me problems with this before.
