I wish that this location had better customer service and more employees was waiting in line to transfer 3 lines from a competitor line to t mobile but since I experienced such horrible customer service I will never go back

Does are great. But I will absolutely never use T-Mobile again. They illegally charge your even after you have canceled contracts over and over. All the people they hire for customer service are and cannot efficiently understand to complete the job that needed. Do not purchase from T-Mobile.. horrible service horrible customer service online and over the phone. Booooo T mobile.

I went in to buy a new phone (in full) and told them I would be adding the line myself online. Kimberly offered to open the line for me and I initially declined and expressed my dissatisfaction to her from previous (negative) experiences in store, where they would change my plan or promise a "free" item, later to see it increase my monthly bill. She was empathetic, apologized for my experience, and said they would never do something like that there. So, I let her add the line in store. To my surprise and without me asking, she opened an additional "free line." I didn't question it because she promised me it was "free" and said to come back in, if my bill said otherwise. Well, my bill came in today and that "free line" was certainly not "free." The only physical receipt she provided was the one for the phone I purchased. However, upon inspecting my online account, I found a copy of the receipt adding and charging me for 2 lines, that I did not sign or receive a copy of. My fault for not standing my ground about adding the line myself online or requesting signed documents regarding the "free line." Makes me think they have shady practices to meet their commission/goals. I am just glad I didn't give in when she tried to upgrade my plan to something "cheaper," after I told them I knew the current plan I have is grandfathered and cheaper than the new ones they currently have.

Store 1658 is the most horrible T mobile store I have ever experienced. They do not care about actually helping the customer only up selling by adding lines you d not need and upgrading phones and internet when you simply want to revise items on you account and your told to do it online while your in the store.

I don't remember the name of the young man who came to my rescue, but he was wonderful. Technology is not my strength. My phone worked but I couldn't get the screen to light up. He fixed it in under 30 seconds! Thank you!!
