Terrible Store. Went in to see about switching plans from Verizon and all the Rep did was blatantly lie about how much all it was going to cost, Talked us into a new phone and watches that were going to be covered for only $82 a month. We repeatedly asked her to confirm the amount and she said yes, (7 times) Came home to a $200 dollar bill, Of course they would not answer the phone. Called generic T mobile customer support and they said it wasn't possible to get this deal. Returned the watches and still have a bill for $130 which is much more than we were paying with Verizon. No way to get our old phone back so we are stuck with it. Im so mad that I let myself get scammed. RUN from this store!!! Off to report to the BBB... these scams need to be stopped!

My husband and I went to this location and met Alexis I think she's a manager but she went over and beyond to help us. I was ready to give up but because of her assistance we choose to stay at team mobile. Thank you for all you do.

Every time I visit this store I get the wrong information from them. Customer service is terrible and service around this location is spotty. Better off with ATT or Verizon if you live near here.

Alexis helped us get my husband a new phone, she was amazing and patient and stayed late after close to help us finish transferring his stuff and finishing the transaction which got a bit complicated. She was AMAZING and can't say enough good things about her. Smart, kind, helpful, a total joy and made sure we were taken care of. KUDOS!!!

We just got there and waited for an hour and 45 minutes with nothing. We were checked in after waiting for 45 minutes. And we understand if they are busy, but what frustrates us is that two customers behind us got the service they need and left the store while we are still waiting for them. What’s the purpose of your checked ins if you do not follow it? I will never come back to your mediocre service!

Customer care is happy to send you to the store for a replacement SIM card; only to find that the line is literally 2 hours long! No one who can simply give me the SIM card so I can take it home and put it in my modem! Terrible service!

Came in to pick up my new phone. Three people being helped with two waiting. Four more people came in. Still waiting. Two people left. 30 minutes later, no movement at all. Not even a thanks for waiting from staff. Finally just left. Guess I'll pick up my new phone some other time.

Purchased a phone not all that long ago the screen went black. Took it in to McDowell location and they said they could not fix it he would have to bring it to CPR phone repair.we have the insurance on the phone. However you don't get reimbursed until after you fix the phone. Which is not explained when you purchase it. So he bought another phone because he needed a phone for work purposes. And brought the damaged phone to CPR they fixed it within a matter of seconds!! So he immediately went back to T-Mobile to return the phone he just purchased explain to them how quickly they fixed his phone. T-Mobile would not take the phone back without a $75 restocking fee. This was really inappropriate! The incompetency of the T-Mobile worker obviously didn't know how to fix it nor did she check to see if anyone else knew what was going on with it. So instead they sell a new phone and less than a half hour later would not take it back. That's terrible customer service for a long time customer!

Isabelle was absolutely awesome to work with. We switched from android to iPhones and she was patient and explained everything to us. She is an expert on both phones. I can’t say enough about the difference between our experience before and after working with her. She should definitely be the store manager!!

Terrible service and terrible communication between online support and store support. Called about our home internet not working and talked to the home internet tech support and was told to come to this store to replace my device, I asked if I needed the box before hand and she said no we do not need the box to exchange it. Came in to the store and the lady before me was told she can't return her home internet without a box and the lady was rude about it. I told her I had an exchange from online tech support and she said it didn't matter still needed the box. Then I wasn't able to take the new home internet home because we had a payment plan set up with T-mobile and it was okayed to pay on the 5th. But no couldn't take it home without a payment. Terrible service. Terrible customer experience.

I thoroughly enjoy this store and the people who work there. There are 2 people who stand out, I believe the guys name was Michael and the lady who helped me Ariana. They dont pretend to know everything, they actually LISTEN to the things that I said and helped me get my new Galaxy 23 Ultra and Plus. The young lady handled my situation with ease and for the love of god she actually made life easier. Much better than those agressive sales people at 51st and Indian school. The people at Pebble Creek are examples of good employees, PLEASE GIVE THESE PEOPLE RAISES! REWARD GOOD EMPLOYEES. I will make it a point to drive the 40 minute out the way drive to see these guys, than the people at the store that is literally 4 minutes from me. Thank you for listening to my rant!

Came into this location to upgrade my device along with my sisters and the gentleman. George helped us both out. He was great knowledgeable of the phones and plans .Took the time to explain the upgrade process and really made us feel appreciated as T-Mobile customers. Thanks to employees like him. I will continue to be a loyal T-Mobile customer.!
