Store was clean, well stocked, staff was genuinely helpful. Though the men's restroom is an opportunity to improve. The sink, the urinal and the toilet were all in need of a scouring to remove grime, urine and poop from them. The floor was sticky and the paper towel dispenser was inoperable.

I’ve tried to use their print services a few times. The first time one of the employees told me something that wasn’t true. I went to a different employee and got the project done. Today I tried using their print service and was told I had to do something that wasn’t an option through staples website. I’m done using this store.

I always shop Staples in Goodyear, Arizona on Pepple Creek When I go in the associates always help me find what I’m looking for. The store is very clean and their employees are very friendly and helpful.

I attempted to purchase a Staples E-gift card online and they placed a hold on my debit card but then said that they do not use that debit card and cancelled the purchase - but the funds were held for 3 days before I could use it. If the debit card is not a preferred card, then how were they able to place a hold on it? I called customer service and they said that their E-cards are handled through a 3rd party so there is nothing they can do. Well, they can get another provider for this which speaks volumes to 3rd party vendors that represent Staples as it would be a large loss of revenue. I had recently purchased a high end computer chair but after this episode, they lost my business. I was going to purchase a laser printer but took my business elsewhere. So, if you plan on buying an E- gift card, buy it from another store - just not Staples.

Worst place ever! Management is terrible and the customer service is absolute trash. Walked in and customers were very very rude, using no manners. Also they place big orders for their “lunches” and don’t even tip a dollar, one of the male workers gave the wrong amount of cash and lied about it and also didn’t leave a tip. Any time I come in, they are so rude. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!

Came in to get my business cards and was greeted by Brian who is an amazing supervisor, he helped me out with all my needs and went the extra mile to make sure I was super happy with my business cards and made sure I was happily off to my new start. I wanna thank you Brian once agin! Keep up the good work in keeping great employees around!

Just picked up a same-day business stamp and same-day print/binding job. This isn't my first visit. Mel & her Team in the Copy Center provide an exceptional product and delivery. She is extremely customer-oriented and professional. This is the most efficient copy center I have used in the Valley. I will be back to write a more thorough review with photos.

I was sure they had what I wanted, but could not find it. So I asked someone and they told me where it was. Evidently the display moved since last year. Saved me from ordering one. Thank you Staples,
