After shopping at the big box stores, we ended up at Spencer’s as usual.Daniel got us a great deal on our dishwasher and had it delivered and installed within 48 hrs. Not worth going anywhere else.

Eric Roof was great in helping us pick out everything we needed, and Brandon and Bernard who delivered our order were absolutely outstanding. Brandon was so knowledgeable about appliances, and they got everything unloaded, brought in, installed, and running for us, ensuring we understood how everything worked, starting an intial load on the washer and dryer to blow out the factory dust, telling us how long to give the fridge and freezer to cool down to temp, etc. They went above and beyond in every way.

I think every appliance we have in our home is from Spencers. They have never let us down and our latest experience was with a non working freezer. I needed a new freezer as soon as possible so I wouldn’t lose all of our meat! Jonathan at Spencers made it happen for me within 2 days. Thanks Spencers!
