I came in for work shoes, I needed steel toe, waterproof, and memory foam shoes. I was led to a wall with a shoe that either had one or the other but not all three. I was recommended to come here for a pair of shoes that had all three and nothing. I had just got off work and if they just didn’t have any of the shoes I needed in stock then I understand but I was directed to the wrong shoes and was told to look for my shoes by an employee that I asked to help me look for these type of specific shoes wasting my time. I would not shop here and I won’t be coming back. Very disappointed.

Great shoes for the new school year! They are comfortable and adhere to the school rules of being a solid color with no designs. I like that I got a second pair for half price.

I have gone to this location a few times and I have always had great experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, I went today and Jasmine was so kind and patient with me, I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes. I highly recommend this store.

I wasn’t looking forward to shopping for shoes that would fit my mom’s legs braces, however, Anna was INCREDIBLE! She helped me find the perfect pair of shoes that were wide, stretchy and with a built in shoe horn. I was in and out in 10 minutes. If this girl isn’t a manager yet, please make her one!

Received immediate help from Marcus. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to ask what we were looking for and then made sure we were happy with our selections. I wish there were more employees like Marcus!!!!!

Manager working on June 26th in the evening (5-5:30pmish) at the Baldridge Commons store at 350 N Dysart Rd in Goodyear AZ gives the impression of being put out and our recent experience was a disappointment. Shoes were purchased on June 7th. On June 26th went back to the store and explained the shoe is clicking and wanted to get a replacement. She picked up the shoes, looked at the bottom, said she couldnt send them back, didnt even look at our receipt. We think she just didn't want to bother with us or the paperwork. She's giving the Sketchers brand a bad name - makes one wonder if they are poorly made and bad quality. She is not customer oriented ... maybe needs some training. It is worth driving the extra few miles to a different store - 75th Ave and Thomas or Arrowhead!

After wearing my new shoes indoors for a few hours, realized they hurt my feet. Representative at store would not honor their 100% guarantee return. I had my receipt and was within the return timeline.

The young fellow at the register is great! Super Helpful and Very Nice. My problem is very few women's size 5 and 5 1/2. Sad!
My husband found a super cool and comfortable pair. We shall return on next trip to town.

We were just there on Friday. The store is huge. There is quite the inventory. We were very impressed. The manager, Nick, helped us with everything. He stayed with us the whole time. He measured my husband's feet.. He was able to locate the shoes in his size. He made everything so much easier. We will go back again for more sneakers because Nick went above and.beyond to take care of us. My husband absolutely loves his new shoes. It took me a year to get him to go there. Nick made all the difference in him wanting to go back. Great shoes. Great people.
