Not the best service. Went into the location to purchase some paint for my room. Upon arriving not one employee acknowledged me or greeted me. I stood around viewing paint colors for about 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes all I could hear the entire time were the employees gossiping upfront. On two separate occasions a employee walked by but still no acknowledgment to see if I needed help. When I finally walked up to the counter with my paint color I asked how much paint would be required for a 300 sq feet room. Then I followed up my question with stating I would like a sample of the color instead of the 2 gallons he suggested so I could see how it would look on the walls. This is my first time painting my room alone. I have no knowledge when it comes to paint or that there is a difference in the finish. So you can imagine my disappointment when I got home to uncover the sample & see how matte it was. Disappointed I was never asked the type of finish I wanted

This store use to be very good (nice friendly place to go) but now it's under new management. The new manager is very rude and very unhelpful. He's short with the customers and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience being there. The store was pretty busy and you could tell he could not handle dealing with it. Very unprofessional for a manager! He's also very rude and condescending to his staff which works very hard there. We buy a lot of paint for our house and other properties in the area and will not be going back to this store.

Not a very customer friendly store. The woman was behind the desk never asked if we needed help. I finally asked her if she could tell us about the paint and it seemed like we were bothering her. We walked out and went to Lowe's.

Horrible customer service.. had a stain to match they indicated it will take a week. Go to pick up a week later still not done. Excuse they have been busy. What ever happened to the customer? Not even a phone call.

This store used to be good, but it has really gone downhill lately. I've had multiple online orders not get fullfilled for days, items listed as in stock are out of stock with no notification. I recently went in to inquire about stain matching. I've had this done at other stores using the Sherwood line, hoping this store could do it. I was told the machine was broken and I should go to one of two other stores, 10 miles in either direction. I get to one of them and was told they don't match stain, so it was a wasted trip. I'm a contractor, and these issues, along with the constant price increases (sundries are no less here than at the blue or orange box store) are forcing me to shop elsewhere.

Recently, had to buy a can of white ceiling paint. Great value for the money. Also, about 4 months ago purchased paint for the exterior of our home. Beautiful colors and received compliments from our neighbors.

Christian the sales representative is AMAZING! This young man is dedicated to answering questions, giving great recommendations and explaining the paint process for your average joe customer. He is truly a profession with a fantastic attitude. Visit this store (GOODYEAR-ESTRELLA) if you want superior customer service!!!

Prices quoted to my husband and I when we visited the store were misquoted to us and we made a decision to buy a certain product based on those prices. No attempt was made to correct the problem when we pointed out the discrepancy at check out.The sales associate blatantly misrepresented the price of two products. A second time when it was pointed out by two members of our party, it was not made right by the sales person, although everyone who was shopping with us heard the same thing. If I hadn't needed the paint quickly that day, I would have left the paint on the counter and gone somewhere se and had them color match my SW paint. We were loyal SW customers, but absolutely no more. There are many other choices. My advice is choose any other place to purchase paint, definitely not this store.
