Girls working today said their was no bathroom to be used for my six year old great niece, she has a small bladder and always has to go we have used many bathrooms in our shopping with Sally at different locations an was always allowed. She was rude about it also when I asked, so we left without buying an products.

I am a customer of this Sally location and have always had a great experience. Recently, I was in the store and witnessed a customer treating the cashier very rudely and being very intimidating. I wanted to give a shout out to the cashier Alanis. You were very professional and calm with the customer. It was very nice to see a young person handle herself so well in that situation. Good job!

Just came from the Sally’s on Litchfield lady wasn’t very helpful so came to the one on Estrella Parkway Sierra was fantastic thank you for all your help

They don’t answer your phone call. All the other Sally’s do and very wonderful service. What is up with that!!!! That store needs to understand customer service.

Heaven the assistant manager was amazing! When I came in it was so busy yet she took the time and greeted every customer. She answer all the questions everyone had and gave recommendations! Will definitely be back!

The bleach blonde like orange haired girl who works here is incredibly unhelpful. Like I don’t generally care if workers are rude cuz like I get it it’s a hard job but like I feel like she was being so rude to avoid answering my questions. I needed advice on dye and was interested in a new shampoo and I asked her a few different ways and she seemed really unsure of her own suggestions like she was just making it up or like she just didn’t know. (Like you literally could not find what she was claiming on the actual product) I think you should at least have basic knowledge when working in a beauty store. I gave up and found another worker who had like black/red hair and SHE knew what she was talking about. That is the only reason I’m not rating 1 star, if it weren’t for the second girl I would probably not come back to this store. Please hire girls like the second worker who a had actual knowledge and you could tell CARED about her job.

Walked in to get one thing. Girl at the counter stood at the front desk on her phone. Didn't even look up. Another girl came from the back to ask if I needed help. I said no thank you. As I was bent down looking for what I needed, girl in the picture had came down the same isle. Didn't know she was behind me so she says excuse me as she stood right over me. Not even trying to give me room to stand back up. I walked out and went elsewhere. As I was in my car I could see all the girl that "work" there gather at the register to gossip. They must think it's funny that they are shitty employees. It's no wonder they have so many bad reviews. Girl in picture is the rude girl that stood over me.

I was sold a pair of defective clippers that cost me $130 and they refused to swap them out for a pair that worked properly. I understand the item was final sale, but when the actual item doesn't work and they refuse to switch it out.. that sounds like a scam to me. The manager Alanis is so RUDE and I honestly don't know how she's even a manager at all. She didn't at all try to help me resolve my issue and simply just didn't care at all. HORRIBLE.

This location has a very great team! They are always so nice and ready to help. Their customer service is 5 stars. It is so sad though because when I was in there some people came in and were stealing there is nothing they can do to stop them except call the cops and by the time they get there they are gone. These poor girls are just doing their job but in a situation like that it's scary because there is nothing they can do.

The girls and manager that work here are very helpful and quick to answer any questions I have when I was last in there a rude lady was trying to return her online order she was very angry and rude the poor manager was doing all she could to fix the problem but that lady would not even listen

Alanas the store manager is so rude. She refused to give me the district managers name and also refused to let me leave my name for the district manger to contact me regarding my experience with Alanas. If you ever have an online return don’t bring It this store.

Literally made a yelp account just to say something about this. I am TIRED Of going into this place and not only being disrespected but also judged for no reason. It's awfully bizarre for someone who makes less than I do to be treating me different because of the way I am dressed when I come in(I am assuming that is why). Today on the 8th of November at approximately 620pm, I came into the store grabbed what I needed and waited at the checkout for way longer than I should have been just for the woman who checked me out further down the line to let another customer walk right up and cut me, as they continued to have a conversation that indicated they were friends. So if you can imagine how I felt after waiting there just to be cut in line for this woman's friend. Didn't get an apology from anyone, and the fact this employee let the other customer make a comment to me about how she was 'shopping' and that's why she felt the audacity to cut me. What a joke of a business you are running. The reviews on this place should be a huge red flag for the hiring managers. This is just todays experience. The list goes on and on...

I was in this location today to return a brush. The girl who handled my return for a brush was rude and obviously needs some customer service training. She asked me if I used the brush and I stated no. She continued the return and while shaking her head at me said she was going to put it as used, there is a hair in it. She should have been apologizing to me vs shaking her head at me that I had been sold a USED brush. Changed your attitude, you are rude! Manager, train this girl. I don't appreciate your rude attitude.

Been to a number of Sally's in a number of States and this one has the worst customer service. The two women at the register are in the wrong business. They have no business being in retail with their condensing attitudes.We'll drive the extra miles to go to the Litchfield location. Those lady's get it and are very helpful. I'm surprised Sally's allows this terrible representation of their business.
