The bakery features customizable cakes and cupcakes, while the deli offers party trays. Customers appreciate features like the clear receipt format that helps with mindful spending. However, there are notable criticisms. The pharmacy is frequently described as the worst, with staff perceived as rude and wait times much longer than promised. In the main store, there are issues with removing expired items from regular stock, so customers must check dates. The fresh produce often arrives very wet with a chemical treatment, requiring thorough washing at home, and the new produce bags are difficult to open and tear easily. The app is annoying. When they have great deals, you only get that price if you shop online. I don't personally like when others touch my food.

Looking for fresh produce, it comes very wet with some kind of chemical that supposedly keeps it fresh looking and a longer shelf life. Make sure you wash it when you arrive home. The stuff they use is not water. They have a new produce bag that is very difficult to open, and they tear very easily.

I appreciate the little things. I notice the receipt format. I can now clearly see how much I saved and how much I paid for an item. Thank you for this feature. I am mindful of my spending so being able to quickly review my purchases is helpful.
