We were there 6/4/24 and Izzy was our cashier. Although she did say Hi, but that was it, did give a total, didn't acknowledge she was done, didn't smile, or even that we were there, didn't ask if we wanted or chocolates/red bulls out. ..nothing. it was was like she was being held hostage. Absolutely not one peep with those little pink heart shaped stickers and metal hardware on her face. I didn't expect a full on conversation, but a pleasant exchange would of been nice.

Good location has nice sales on groceries. I found some great deals on coffee creamer and good varity of fresh fruit

Store was clean, well stocked, fruit looked good. Since it was my first visit the person at the checkout told me about the Safeway app and gave me coupon to use since I didn't have the app and told me how it worked. I'll go back again

This store has the worst customer service. The employees don’t help out, I stood at my “self checkout” for 5 min waiting for help before I had to look for someone to help. The store wasn’t even busy, and I would have used a cashier if there was one open. The girl seemed annoyed when she came to help me. And she was rude, I told her thank you and she rolled her eyes and walked away.

Like the store but need more checkers. They just keep the minimum amount of lanes with checkers to force people to use self check out. Food keeps going up and they want us to act as checkers.

Well stocked,clean,organized and employees are helpful with a smile. The pharmacy is my Perscription place and employees are very nice. 5stars+ for the PharmacyDept.

Clean store, lots of selections and savings!
New visit: Went to get fried chicken for after family funeral get together. Lady behind the counter said the chicken had a limit of 1 per customer. ???! We asked why? Lady said 'its hard to keep up with orders.' We didn't know we had to call in the 2 full chickens we wanted. Made us feel bad.
TIP: Next time use the McDonald's system to keep orders coming out in order not to run out! Counter person needs to inform 2 cooks in the back when it runs low on fried chicken to cook MORE so you Don't Run Out during business hours! ??

Check out can be slow with not enough cashiers. Produce can be hit or miss, but generally I like this store. Yesterday the parking area was very littered. I decided i would share that with manager if i came across one. I never did, but later i was leaving and noticed a worker cleaning up the parking lot.
UPDATE: I have to add that i am not a fan of the various discounts and the hoops you have to jump though to get the promised deal. You can become a "member" and enter your phone number to get "points"... one for gas discounts and a different plan for some grocery deal if it is still available next time you shop. You must add an app and review it before shopping and declare you want that before you check out. Some specials require that you buy more that you want or need to get the discount. Its a lot to manage. It seems to offer more than it delivers if you can't manage the tech.
