Love shopping at Ross, however on Sunday, 10 November, we went in when it literally first opened and the place was trashed. There was so much products all over the floor. There were things in the wrong areas there it was just madness. I actually turned around and walked out and purchased nothing. I always buy something when I go to Ross, but not when it was like that

Pretty decent Ross, not very messy like others I’ve been to. Employees were nice as well treated you like a person, and not a bother.

I don't know if it was the manager or what but one of the women, she looked to be in her 50s, was screaming at the customers about the carts and wanting everyone to put them back. Ummm...isn't that their job? We have to leave them in the store which we do and she is yelling at us to put them back? What? Highly unprofessional. I understand wanting the carts to be neat and all but anytime I attempted to put carts back one of the greeters would volunteer to put it back for me which is super kind of them. This particular instance, the woman was yelling at everyone about it as if she was having a bad day. It’s not what is said but how it is said. I love the Ross stores but the workers can either make or break the store. Please be more careful about who you are hiring, Ross. It's not a good look.

Always love to shop at Ross. You never know what you're going to find even if you're looking for something specific. Happy hunting. Plan on spending a couple of hours at least unless you are in a hurry & know what you're looking to find.

I've started coming here every pay day now, and I always find something I like. Only complaint is lack of staffing and only two dressing rooms open upfront.

This Ross is awful, hardly anything on the shelves, typical loud obnoxious music, and worst of all the regular changing rooms are closed, so they make you try on things by the front door in the little closet. Try a better store and there is no way this place gets a four star rating!!

Very nice shop. And not just for clothes. You can also go here for tools, dog toys/treats, kitchen tools, etc.
