Beautiful, clean, spacious room. Nice view...After leaving, I got a call from the hotel to let me know that I left behind a USB cable. I explained I was already miles away. They offered to mail it to me. Now that's great customer service!

Excellent customer service! Staff is friendly & very accommodating. Hotel is older but well kept. Stay includes a well-rounded breakfast. Would offer five stars if rooms were updated but overall, a nice place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay .... room had area for us to relax after a long day of medical appointments. Breakfast is always great and coffee maker and refrigerator in the room are a blessing.

Nice hotel. Pricey for a two star hotel.Has basic amenities but offers breakfast in the morning from 5AM-10AM. It's in a good location. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. Some are so close you can walk to them. Good place to stay if traveling for a night or two. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Awesome hotel friendly staff housekeepers do great job rooms are clean hotel smells fresh and clean the breakfast is awesome and most importantly the beds are very comfortable no cheap mattresses here. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed a night due to visiting family. Stayed here because my mother stayed here before she passed. Roo. was a bit outdated, but the bed was very comfortable. Bonus was Raul'sand Theresa's was just next door.

If i was only grading on staff interactions it would be a 10 out of 5. Everyone was really nice and helpful, i recommended this hotel to a family member since the other two similar hotels to this one had the same overall rating but this hotel was a little closer. The hotel it's self is really outdated and their are signs everywhere that the Jacuzzi is broken. So f.y.i. the Jacuzzi is broken. I also couldn't find any pictures of current rooms on the actual website. Also once the curtains were opened in the room (this is a room on floor number 2) the view is awful.

My mom stays here when she goes to the cancer center, and swimming is a treat that she looks forward to. She also uses it for low-impact exercise, which is obviously important for her health. Before booking the room, she called the hotel and asked if the pool was heated and was told yes. After getting there, however, the pool was air temperature and when she asked the front desk why it was so cold, they said it is only heated to 74 or 75 degrees. The air temperature was that warm, so they obviously weren't heating the pool. I've never heard of a hotel calling a pool heated if it is kept that cold.We weren't the only ones that weren't able to enjoy the pool. We saw several others try, and they weren't able to swim either because the water was just too cold.My mom went to the front desk every day she was there, asking if there was any way to get the pool heated as promised, and no one would budge.She insists that I mention that the other aspects of the hotel were really great. The rooms are nice, the people are friendly and helpful otherwise, and the breakfast is good for a hotel breakfast. She was quite pleased with the oatmeal option that is offered.The reason for the 1 star is because of the utter disappointment over sitting each day by the pool and not being able to get in and swim. They were there for a week because of needing additional tests and then some bad weather back home, but she wasn't able to swim even once despite having quite a lot of free time. This hotel shouldn't be claiming that they have a heated pool when it clearly isn't being heated to a normal person's standards.We will be requesting the Holiday Inn on Dysart next time we come because they have a nice pool that is actually heated.Of note, if you don't care about swimming, it's a very nice hotel otherwise.

$300 For a nasty room with 1ply toilet paper, a messed up shower head and a funky smell. The alarm went off at 6:20 am. All around horrible place to stay.

Stayed recently on a business trip through the area. Check in was a breeze, the same on my departure. Friendly staff and the front desk personnel were helpful and professional. Comfortable enough accommodations are at this hotel that consists of three floors, I had a top floor king suite. Accessible via elevator. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed very comfortable. Only complaint the road noise was a lot at 2 and 3 in the morning. Its proximty to the highway there is late and very early noise. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must.This is a decent over night stay, it served its purpose and met my needs for the night 3 Stars 00866

What a great place to stay!! I was there for a week while visiting! Clean, quiet, dog friendly! Breakfast was awesome!! Kudos to your staff. Each and every one was so friendly. Great atmosphere, highly recommend!!
